Charming little agriturismo with its own winery and a restaurant. We did not expect much, but it turned out to be a lovely stop on the way to Rome. The swimming pool was a god-sent in this heatwave and it was very well maintained. The food was very tasty and the chef came out to say hello. The olive groves and the vineyard are beautiful - we capped an after dinner stroll with the bottle of their superb wine.

We had a great time there! It has a beautiful landscape and even a fox comes at the night! The restaurant was amazing, specially the pasta! We could walk around and enjoy the beautiful Toscana's garden. One must arrive by car, but it is a great experience to be done, driving in Toscana!

I would recommend to maintain the windows closed. During the night, there was wind and we heard windows being violently closed and opened by the wind.

Location in beautiful Tuscany vinyard with a local fox visitor nightly. The rooms were well air conditioned. The pool was amazing with friendly guests. The dinners were 5 star and the chef was incredible.

Everything was good. I can not think of what could have been improved upon. The driveway entrance has a drop off that can scrape the bottom of the car.

Fantastic location, lovely and very clean room with air-conditioning and super comfortable bed and a big pool to refresh in the evening and for a morning lap. 10/10. Plus, the dinner in their in house restaurant was excellent with great wine from their own vineyard.

Spacious suite, nice pool , most of the staff were nice, food great and excellent wine. A nice assortment for breakfast. The grounds are beautiful.

The location, the property, the swimming pool, the apartment, food and excellent wine. The view is beautiful, olive trees, …very kind and helpful staff. There is not enough staff there. One girl was there for the whole day, she came for breakfast and stayed there till dinner. she was running around. For so many guests and in the rush hour it was not easy for her. The cook is also so kind, helpful, you can asked him whatever you want and he was willing to prepare you everything.

That they are not so good organized. I think it’s the owners problem, not to have enough personal.

The area is beautiful and the property is on a vinyard were you can wander around. The pool area is also nice for relaxing. The room was a good size for a family of 4.

The room was nice but would benefit from a kettle. The shower was poor with very poor water pressure. Breakfast was ok but could be improved.

The stunning scenery and pool was just amazing. Paul and judyta were the best hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Pauls food was some of the best we have had in Italy on our 4 week trip just spectacular.

Beautiful property and lovely decor in the rooms. Outdoor restaurant was wonderful, the food and wine was delicious. Pool and lounge chairs were great. Lots of cats and kittens around was a plus for our children.

We had concerns about the welfare of the penned animals kept on the property. We notified the staff who are working on it.
