The owner is a very hospitable and helpful lady! She served a wonderful breakfast even earlier than standard hours. The room was great for me, I didn't have much stuff with me, but it might be a bit tight for people with large suitcases (I assume there are larger rooms for this occasion). The bed is great! Supermarket next door. Grazie per tutto!

The WIFI connection in the room was a little bit poor.

Excellent small hotel, extremely clean with great and very friendly staff. We were very happy with our room, and big bathroom and all was super clean. The terrace is excellent and was a great place for our dog which was also very warmly welcomed to this hotel. Highly recommended especially for people traveling with pets.

Fresh clean room with tile floors, refrigerator, and an outdoor terrace/patio. Comfortable large lobby. Steps away from a grocery store and only a short walk to the old town. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

The wifi was unusable in our room. I needed to hang out in the lobby when I needed a connection.

Great location and great stuff! All stuff are friendly. Especially Elisa, she is an angel! I do appreciate her help. I Would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in Pienza.

Great location. Staff were very nice.

Breakfast was spotty, sometimes ham wasn’t there, sometimes eggs weren’t , tv didn’t work, hot water was lukewarm warm at best, room was very hot even though the weather was cool and the heat was off.
