Absolutely lovely property and incredibly friendly. I would recommend it without any hesitation ! The food too was totally brilliant ! The staff, always here to help, gave us very good addresses in the villages around. Just a totally lovely place to stay, in the most beautiful region of Tuscany

One thing which is a bit of a challenge when traveling in Tuscany by electric car is to find a charging spot. There is a double one in the top of the village (but only one was working -when available !..). It would make the property perfect to have one charging spot for residents of the agritourismo.

The property is stunning and situated at the bottom of a small town that is easy to walk to. It's also very easy to drive to other neighboring towns and big cities from the hotel. I love so much about the property. Everything truly…The swing set, bees, view, pool, and restaurant on site are amazing and the best food in town. The breakfast that is offered is so delicious. The staff is so kind and accommodating. The mini fridge in the room was great, offering the crib was helpful, as well as ordering wine with snacks whenever we wanted. The owner is very kind and we will be recommending this place to everyone! I can't say enough good things about this stay. It was truly memorable in the best ways!

Our room was just a tiny bit too small for a couple with a toddler but the bathroom was a great size.

The view and organized farm setting, combined with the cleanliness and tranquility, made for a pleasant stay. Although we didn't participate, there was a good selection of activities available. The room was a good size and had effective air conditioning, which was especially appreciated during the 44-degree heat.

Before reading the rest: The restaurant served good food. But the chef's "modern" twist on traditional Tuscan recipes didn't suit our taste, especially given the price. The stay would have been perfect if the restaurant had offered more authentic, simpler dishes to truly experience Tuscany's wonderful cuisine.

Beautiful property with magnificent views and close proximity to Montepuluchiano. Very comfortabke beds, lots of places to sit around the property and enjoy a glass of wine served by the very attentive staff. The food was fantastic including the tasting menu which was delicious. Breakfast was beautifully presented and the staff were so helpful they even set up an outside breakfast for us at the last minute because the sun was shining.

The bathtub/shower situation was a little odd and certainly not appropriate for anyone with accessability issues.

the location with the hotel perched high on a hill directly looking at montepulciano. wonderful views - the room itself and the pool. the lovely restaurant on-site a welcome bonus so we didn't have to go out in the evening and enjoy a few local wines! . our room was wonderfully furnished with great view of pool and montepulciano. the bed was super comfy (must have been king size) with gorgeous linen and slept like a queen. also the fabulous breakfast which we had on the terrace outside! loved the extra touch of a special bag with pool towels in it and the large bath room towels. we hired ebikes and that was a lol of fun cycling through the vineyards! Will be back and we hope to see you in Amsterdam!

nothing!!! for continuous improvement perhaps suggestion to include large water bottle as part of the room rate as it wasn't clear if you can drink local tap water instead of getting water via mini bar.

Everything. Amazing location with breathe taking view. Varies activities for you to choose and I have joined their truffle hunting experience and cooking class. Both were excellent! All staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Their restaurant offers extraordinary Tuscan food with style! And amazing pool and room facilities! Overall I enjoyed so much and highly recommended LaChiusa! Next time I will stay at least for a week :)

None. Everything is perfect!

The facility was very charming and in a lovely setting. The breakfast was great and the view phenomenal. The coffee very good. The room was great, but we did not really appreciate the huge hot tub that needed to be updated and upgraded, so it was just useless for us. It was nice and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated that the front desk was able to schedule the winery tour for us that we really enjoyed at De'Ricci winery.

We had traveled all day to get there and unfortunately got to check in very late. We did not make an advanced reservation for dinner, so we arrived at the destination very hungry. It would have been nice to just purchase a sandwich and a bottle of wine from the facility and call it a night. But I have to say that the front desk bent over backwards to get us a reservation at a local restaurant where a birthday party was happening, so we joined the dinner party, but we were exhausted, and the extra travel and navigation was difficult for us. We appreciated the effort though. We could have also used more water in the room, one large bottle a day was not enough for us.

They served a wonderful breakfast spread every morning that can be eaten on an outside terrace with incredible views/scenery in several directions. The food at La Chuisa Restorante was excellent. All of the staff are A+++. The owners,George and Linda, are very welcoming and the ultimate host/hostess! )We did have a rental car from the airport we flew into) that allowed us to take day trips to Cortona, Muntepulciano, and a winery.

Can’t think of one thing that needs improvement!

La Chiusa is a perfect home base to explore Tuscany. The property is stunning! Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds. Staff is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We especially enjoyed the onsite restaurant, and the olive oil tasting. Great recommendations on things to do and see close by as well. Worth the trip for sure!

What can one say about this place? Perhaps it’s the first time in my life that everything was so thoughtfully arranged and handled with such professionalism that I couldn’t find a single note out of tune. The facilities were incredibly beautiful and complete, and the staff welcoming and courteous.
