Excellent bed&breakfast, which is not common. Everything is very easy, before arriving all instructions for entry, key, breakfast voucher are already given. Very kind and careful owner is always available for any problems. In this case it was via WhatsApp. Great location, close to restaurants and restaurants, but in this regard Montepulciano is small and the location is generally good. Large, comfortable room, with great shower, minibar. I highlight what made me choose this accommodation: I had read reviews about the mattress and it really is of very high quality. I have back problems and this mattress was a relief. It is comfortable and firm at the same time, completely orthopedic. The mattress is one of the most important items in accommodation, and most accommodations, whether hotel or bed&breakfast, do not care about it and often think that having a soft mattress is enough. It is not. Anyone who has back problems knows what these "comfortable" mattresses can do. And those who don't have it may have it. As for breakfast, you are given a voucher for a café opposite, with very Italian coffee. Coffee, sweets, juice.

We LOVED Montepulciano & could not imagine a more perfect stay than Dimora Del Erbe. Francy helped us book and made sure we were set on everything prior to arrival. We pulled our car up, dropped bags off, then parked in P6. Francy greeted us and helped with the bags.. which she did NOT have to do! She was so kind and welcoming. We stayed in one of the small rooms which was so beautifully decorated and clean. We love the historic touches & architecture.. it’s just beautiful! Our friends stayed on the rooftop room… WOW that view is beautiful! We’d definitely stay there in the future just for the rooftop balcony and seating area. We hope to return to Montepulciano & stay at Dimora Dell Erbe again, 10/10 experience! The room was very comfortable and nicely done. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the town with everything close by while at the same time very quiet. Our host Francy was amazing - she is so kind and welcoming - helping us navigate our stay - providing great suggestions - she went above and beyond and made our stay more than we could have expected. This was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.

My stay was excellent. The room was beautiful. Everything was spotless. The bed had a memory foam mattress and a selection of pillows to suit anyone. I mostly appreciated the bathroom/shower. Nice bathrooms with plenty of space are hard to come by in Italy-this one was excellent with a rain shower and all! The staff was very prompt and helpful and even went with me to assist with issues with the parking meters. We found a rare free parking space and the staff member ever stood in it while I retrieved the car. She was so sweet! Thank you for all your hospitality!

Breakfast was brilliant - we got vouchers for cafes nearby for a coffee, croisannt and juice. Location cant be better - at a very central place in a niche old building we could reach everything by foot. The room was spacious and perfect for us a s couple. The bathroom is was very modern. Aside: everything was clean, the communication with the host was brilliant

parking is a bit difficult but the host did everything she could to help us. Not to forget: Montepulciano is a city on a hill with very little space.

Both Lucia and Francy went beyond what I'd call normal to look after us. Obviously being in such a central position in a limited access town both were incredibly helpful in making sure we were parked up correctly and all permits etc etc were taken care of. Plus although the reception isn't occupied 24hrs a day Francy was checking that we were ok and giving us useful pre arrival info and then during our stay asking if we needed anything for our room via WhatsApp. Great room: roomy, clean, tasteful decor, large bed, air con and in our room remarkably quiet considering we were in the centre of a busy town. All this was a great bonus to our lovely stay in Montepulciano.

I can't say there was anything that we didn't like.

The hotel is in the perfect location in city center. The room is spacious with a large separate bathroom. Host was helpful in giving suggestions and easy to communicate with. Digital entry was also nice!

This is not a fault of the hotel, but the windows opened onto the Main Street. In the middle of the night I was woken up by drunk visitors as well as very early by trash collector. I recommend ear plugs if you are sensitive.

Absolute small detail but the pillows could have been comfier so perhaps an option of these. I prefer a softer pillow and the ones in the property were quite firm. Very minor to what was a throughly enjoyable stay and experience.

Very good communication with our friendly host Francy. The room was very nice and cozy with lots of room and space to unpack.The bed was comfortable with beautiful linens. Beautiful , modern bathroom. Wifi worked well in the room. A voucher was given for breakfast at the little cafe across from the front door of the B&B. If you have a car parking is very close by.

Breakfast could be more substantial. Breakfast voucher only provides 1 coffee,1 croissant and 1orange juice. Had to supplement breakfast each morning.

Loved, loved our stay at Dimora Dell'Erbe. Very charming room, updated modern bathroom with a fantastic shower and wonderful towels and linens. The location is ideal in the center of the historic area of the village surrounded by great shops and restaurants. We will return!!

The walls are thin so you can hear guests closing doors and going out early in the morning.
