The staff and service were excellent from check-in, breakfast and daily room cleaning. Breakfast was good including meats, cheeses, fruit, pastried and the best yogurt I've ever had. The view from our room was breathtaking and exactly what I expected for a Tuscan view. We stayed at four different hotels during our two weeks in Italy and this was by far the roomiest. The location was central in the town and also offered free parking next to the hotel.

No lift available although the stairs to our room weren't horrible.

Everything was great. The staff are very helpful, breakfast is nice, the view is hard to beat. Parking is free in their lot and the restaurant/wine bar is lovely. We came in later than expected due to the rental car facility having issues. The staff made special arrangements for us to eat dinner in the packed restaurant. They went above and beyond. Everything was very clean, the staff are so helpful. Luca helped us book a nice thermal pool and massage day. If we return in the future we would stay here again hands down.

The bed was a little more firm than expected. Our backs hurt in the morning.

Lovely place to stay. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from its designated parking and uphill, but you are able to drive right up to the hotel if needed. Good location and walking distance to everything. The views from the hotel are stunning. The room itself was spacious and very clean. The breakfast is lovely and the hotel is also connected to a bar. Staff were accomodating also. Overall lovely stay and would recommend.

Really character filled location right in Montepulciano. The rooms are quite a good size. Breakfast room is very quaint and we had a really nicer breakfast laid out each morning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is awesome but worth checking the road routes in the town. We had a BMW X5 and it was pretty tights driving but fun. the views are stunning from the property from both side, moving and night. The hotel has a wine bar / restaurant attached which is handy for a meal / drink.

Small and intimate, Luca was a wonderful host; friendly and taking personal care of us. Recommended restaurants and set up a winery tour for us. Our room was spacious and well appointed. We had a little loft sitting area and beautiful views over the rooftops to valley and mountains. We thought enjoyed our one night stay wish we could have gotten another night. Will return next trip.

Breakfast is OK, but served late from 8:30am which would be OKif there is coffee maker in the room. Being early birds we want coffee or tea as we wake up. Ramona is very friendly and served us coffee when we accidentally showed up at 8:00am. The free pick up from Montepulciano main entrance was nice and made it easy to get to the hotel. Frank who picked us up also helped us carry our luggage to our room on 2nd floor since there is no lift on the property.

Serve breakfast earlier, say 7:30am or have coffee/tea/cappuccino available in the library for guests to serve themselves or have hot kettle for coffee or tea in the room. Bathroom is so tiny and not enough room or shelf space for our toiletries & personal items.

Beautiful rooms and the connection to the wine bar downstairs is a big plus - the best views in Montepulciano. Parking out front allowing you to drive into the ZTL without a fine also a big perk.

The bathrooms are starting to look a bit dated/worn, and communication with the team ahead of arrival was friendly but not always timely (leading me to some stress over parking arrangements).

You guys were wonderful. We loved your beautiful hotel and the stunning views and the lovely breakfast - but the most important part was the warmth and kindness of the entire team. The help with parking during the rain and Christmas market was above and beyond!!!! Luca is our Italian citizen of the year 💜💜💜

Great staff, fabulous lively wine bar attached to the hotel (good variety of food and terrific choice of wines). Breakfast was good - simple but varied and enjoyable. Wonderful views of the town and Tuscan countryside from the room. Room generally very comfortable (suite).

Shower worked ok but needs an update. Other than that, no negatives.
