We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating, and gave us very helpful info about the area, where to park in Montepulciano, etc. The breakfast was rich, plentiful, varied and delicious with many more savory choices than many in Italy and with excellent service. The 12pm check in time was very helpful for making the most of our day.

Nothing. More positives are: Breakfast was rich and wonderful, their service at breakfast was excellent. Refill the espresso or teas. Nice savory items too. Also gave us good infos regarding where to park in Montepulciano and other suggestions, all were helpful. Will visit again!

This is not really a reflection on the hotel rather my poor research. Santa Albino is about 6km away from montepulciano. Public transport isn't great and is non existent on Sundays. A car would be very useful for anyone staying here, I got a lift from the owner to montepulciano which I was very grateful for and a taxi back at a cost of 25 euro

The hotel is new or it seems new, the rooms are very clean, good water pressure, fresh smell throughout the hotel, free and convenient parking right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is buffet style, nice variety of sweet and salty options, the cheese was in particular divine. But what I would definitely have to say apart from other hotels is the joie de vivre of the receptionist, Niccolo if I m not wrong. Hardly have I seen such a joyful man, not to mention a front desk person. He really made our day, providing useful information about the region and restaurants where to eat. Chapeau bas for his friendly attitude and the abilty of memorizing everybody's names. You feel like a part of their family and this matters a lot.

We had a car so we didnt have a problem with the location. It's 10 min away by car from Montepulciano so for those using public transport this could be a deterrent.

We spent only one night and this time was too short. The hotel in a great location allowing to explore Montepulciano and other towns in the Val d'Ocia, as well as the whole east-southern Tuscany. The staff was very friendly and professional. Many recommendations for local attractions, restaurants and wineries. Hotel is very comfortable, well maintained, room and bathroom very clean. Tasty breakfasts and easy parking. Recommended.

We got stuck in traffic and Nicolo was kind enough to wait for us late at night. The breakfast + coffee exceptional, the room was clean and tidy and the location is great. My girlfriend really liked the internal design and she is a picky one. But what makes this hotel a perfect stay is the family staff. Nicolo made our day with such a personal treatment, jokes and energy. This was definitely the best person we met in Italy. Everything was taken care off before we asked. Adoro! Thanks to him we learned italian best expressions 😂

Staff bubbled over with enthusiasm and helpfulness. I liked each and every one of them very much. Nice balcony. Very good breakfast buffet. Comfortable room.

It’s my own fault, but I didn’t realize that it’s not close to Montepulciano. Even though Booking.com lists the hotel in Montepulciano, it’s actually in a nearby town called Sant’ Albino. You have to have a car or take the bus to Montepulciano and the last bus leaves for Sant’ Albino at 7:30 pm. Though the room was comfortable, it was painted lilac and had an ugly painting on the wall.

Amazing family owned hotel a short distance away from Montepulciano. The staff were super cheerful and looked very well after us, they really made our stay with their super friendly behaviour. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean with the housekeeping finishing everything quickly while we had our breakfast downstairs. Everything in the hotel is just compact and efficient, I felt absolutely no hassle at any of the touchpoints. Looking forward to come back. 🙂

The location is great to visit montepulciano. The staff is amazing, so nice and helpful. The room was nice and cosy. This is the cleanest hotel i have ever seen. It was so clean that I felt bad to go into the shower and leave water signs on the perfectly clean glass walls. Breakfast was nice, they have a great coffee. We really recommend this hotel

The staff, location and quiet hotel were wonderful. The breakfast was simple but well stocked every day. Rooms were not large but were well appointed. We appreciated the mini bar with cold water and refreshments. Also enjoyed the supper on our first night after a very long day of travel. Every member of the family are ultimate hosts.

Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the bed.

We practically LOVED everything! If you read this comment don't think twice. Book a room at this fantastic hotel and thank me later! The hotel is a newly renovated building with spacious rooms. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony and a view of the valley. It was pristine clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is located in a cute small village close to Montepulciano and Pienza (just a ten minute drive). Free parking at the property. A-list hosts! We were welcomed by the energetic, fun and cheerful Nicolo Whose contagious energy and joy, made our stay unforgettable. He and his lovely family went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He recommended good restaurants around to eat and nice hidden gems to visit around the village. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of savory and sweets. Looking forward to going back!
