Location friendly staff. Very good breakfast

It was a hot day and the room was hot. We wanted to use the balcony, but that switched off the A/C. We were only given one card key, which had to be in the slot for the A/C to work. So when we came back from dinner to go to bed the room was very hot. This aspect was a bad design and did spoil our stay a bit. The room furniture and the bathroom were very dated. However it wasn’t an expensive Hotel.

It's close to bus station, easy to arrive via public transportation. The breakfast is super!!! It's REAL buffet breakfast- drinks, fruits, cereals, yogurt, cheese, eggs, bread and etc. I have to say this hotel is generous. The owner has professional manner and responds to all my messages. It's definitely worth the money and an ideal base to explore Tuscan countryside, I will rent a bike next time. My room has AC, mini frigde, water kettle, bottled water. Tonight I stay in Montepulciano, I pay more for accommodation but get less.

This hotel was by far the best part of our northern Italy vacation. The hotel itself is spotless! The front patio and sitting areas on the ground floor are perfect for hanging out with fellow travelers. The on-site restaurant is phenomenal, both breakfast and dinner were not only convenient, but incredibly tasty - Fabio is absolutely masterful in the kitchen! There aren't enough words to express how amazing Andrea was during our stay. We are forever in his gratitude for his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make us comfortable. We will definitely be back!

An exceptional and cozy hotel with breathtaking views! From the moment we arrived, Andrea made us feel incredibly welcome—he’s a truly outstanding host who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home. Chef Fabio is equally impressive; his culinary creations are nothing short of delicious and added so much to our stay. We had a wonderful three days here and were genuinely sad to leave. We’ll absolutely be returning—highly recommended!

+: The hotel is an excellent choice. The room is very clean, the service is super kind and helpful, the parking lot is near by (1 minute on foot). The rooms have a little balcony! The breakfast was also excellent !! A nice surprise !! Highly highly recommended!! -: Really there was nothing negatif!

It was our last day of the trip. we arrived pretty late. The staff was amazing both on arrival even though it was pretty late and in the morning was very nice even though it was very early. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was big and equipped with al the needed facilities. Clean, nice, but unfortunately our stay was very short. We'll keep this hotel for the next time for sure.

Andrea what a guy, really helpful , explained to us everything that we needed to know. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.

The car parking there is space for 10 cars, if you don't get a spot I will need to park down the road, 50 meters away. Not a big issue for me.

Super cute hotel!! The owner is very very friendly and sweet. We needed gluten-free bread for the breakfast and he served muffins, cookies and bread handmade. Also the breakfast was just amazing, hand-made vegan croissants and so many special things! The hotel is close to Montepulciano and quiet, with a big parking lot. Highly recommend!!

It was amazing! We found after 20 years of Italian Holidays a location close to perfection in everything, in this class. Nice, pleasant, kindly and discreet presence of owner and team. Short staying in a wonderful region of Tuscany.

The stuff is exceptionally polite, friendly and welcoming - they are making all the efforts to ensure a great stay! 10 stars out of 10 for their work! The breakfast buffet offers great variety The rooms are very spacious, and the location is very nice - close to the supermarket, some nice restaurants etc.

Furniture is not really new - e.g. pillows are not comfortable and require an update
