Comfortable, decent size room, bed was comfortable, nice enough but stuck in the 80's though the decor and To be fair to the hotel, my mistake that I thought the facilities (pool&spa)were included, it isn't, extra charge...it does say, but I was miffed with myself. I wouldn't have stayed to be honest hadn't I already paid.

Great location for day trips, large room. Large balcony with a great view. Small fridge in room. Great breakfast

Beds (2 single Beds pushed together) and bedding not so great. Old fashion blankets. A quilt or duvet would have been nicer. No kettle in Room. Shower stall is a rather small

The staff was really nice. The location is good, 10 min by car to Montepulciano and 30 min to Pienza. The view from the hotel is ok, but the blocks are covering the beauty of the landscape. Overall a good price-quality report.

Great facilities, great spa in the hotel. Great service: they allowed us to check out 40 min later than expected, so that we could enjoy the spa and get ready.

A bit old furniture but more than adequate for the price. It created a unique vibe, so I wouldn’t say it’s a bad thing:)

Needs some renovation on the rooms decoration to be more modern but everything was in good condition and worked properly.

long way to the room and in the room you hear everything from the neighbors, very bad isolation. we had a very bad experience with the very noisy neighbors next door: vulgar, without education and not consideration at all. the staff was forced to call the carabinieri.

You need.to book a table till 8p.m. in the hotel restaurant if you want dinner - it's not a big problem, but it's unusual.

I liked both the services and the location. Reception was helpful and kind. The location has awesome views and the personnel of the spa was kind and professional

some rooms would benefit from a renovation, above all for sound insulation
