I kinda fell in love with the staff, she was amazing. I felt at home, I felt like I was in a bed & breakfast, not a hotel. The decor of the lobby and cafe looks great, it’s a semi-deco aesthetic.

We loved the twenty or so different cakes for breakfast! And the whirlpool! Also, the staff was extremely dedicated and helpful to make our stay as good as possible!

great location and easy to find parking, very clean and the breakfast was delicious good balance between sweet and savoury.
the room had air conditioning but it didn’t work properly, on saying that it was still a comfortable nights stay

The staff was very attentive.
There was a breakfast buffet but you needed to be served. It makes it complicated. I understand that it was done because of COVID, but I doubt the health effect

The staff was very nice.
I'm sure this used to be a very nice hotel, as its interior looks to have high potential overall and is impressive in some areas, however I think that it needs serious overall investment to get to a level which I was expecting from a 4* hotel. I personally had a feeling of being in the 90s and I hope it was just our room that looked that way. The staff was very nice though, which helps a lot.
