I kinda fell in love with the staff, she was amazing. I felt at home, I felt like I was in a bed & breakfast, not a hotel. The decor of the lobby and cafe looks great, it’s a semi-deco aesthetic.

The staff was very attentive.

There was a breakfast buffet but you needed to be served. It makes it complicated. I understand that it was done because of COVID, but I doubt the health effect

I'm sure this used to be a very nice hotel, as its interior looks to have high potential overall and is impressive in some areas, however I think that it needs serious overall investment to get to a level which I was expecting from a 4* hotel. I personally had a feeling of being in the 90s and I hope it was just our room that looked that way. The staff was very nice though, which helps a lot.
