Fantastic views, very clean and stylish rooms, amazing hosts, and extremely good WiFi (you could really work online). Good selection of food for breakfast, very good coffee. It also has table tennis, terraces. But view - worth millions! We stayed there for 10 nights and that was amazing!

Sometimes it can get loud with teen groups staying for sports tournaments, and in the evenings there’s no admin staff who can calm them down, so we had to solve the loudness issue ourselves.

The hotel Villa Marina is very nice The staff is friendly and helpful, the hostess Madame is very caring, everything is under control, The rooms offered 2 to choose the best for us, The views are gorgeous of Tuscany and the old town with towers, Breakfast is magnificent with a view on the terrace, there were many meat pastries, amulets and fruits Everything you need and more, After a hearty big breakfast and 3 cups of coffee, I had to go up to the 2nd floor by elevator, Night All Slept well pillows and bed the best in Tuscany, Thanks 🙏 to the owners Madam and lady Fbi and other staff for the hospitality from Andrey and Tanya from Russia with love 007, the Hotel has passed into reliable caring hands. Lovely, friendly staff and great location between the old and new town. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. Nice family room with bunk beds for the children. Great for short stays.

The bathroom was basic and the shower head wouldn't stay up, also the air conditioning unit wasn't actually attached to the window so good that it was warm outside as there was just a hole in the window where the vent should have been.

The staff was great and very attentive, he made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is simple but good, it has everything we needed. The location and the views are excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The shower water could be a little bit warmer

We were positively suprised by our stay. Our room was very clean and cozy. The view from our room was breathtaking. Breakfast was good and there was a lot of different food to choose. The staff was nice, especially the receptionist. She spoke english well and she helped us with all of our questions.

Everything was good, except one small thing, the light in the bathroom was pretty bad, especially under the shower where it was pretty dark.

We really enjoyed the view on the Tuscan hills and the breakfast on the terrace. Very close to Montepulciano and free parking. The hotel was very clean and the ratio price-value was excellent.

The bed was not ideal, but still comfortable. The breakfast did not have much variety, but it was enough for the price we paid and still satisfying.

I loved the views and the fact that they accomodante everything I asked for. They were always prompt and extremely nice.

It's a simple place. Nothing fancy. It's great for the price.

The simplify of the staff and the breakfast was really good. It is worth for the money, if you are searching for a good place and not to spend a lot that is the smartest choice.I recommend it!

The staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast had several options which I appreciated.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, basically a cot with uncomfortable springs and squeaked loudly. Shower was very awkward and the device to hold the sprayer did not work properly so had to hold it the whole time.

Breakfast was ok.

The rooms are nothing like on the pictures. Time has stopped there a long time ago.
