One of our favourite hotels to stay at. We paid a little extra for a room with a balcony, and that was worth it because of the view. The pool looked nice, though we didn't use it during our stay, because it was October. Close walk to restaurants and the town square. Free bikes to pedal around, too. We went to the lake to fish, which was beautiful. They say that there are carp in the lake, so bring some canned corn. The breakfast was very good. We had a rental car and found the town to be a good location to drive and see the sights.

It is our third time coming here. I believe this speaks a lot.it is the perfect location for visiting the Orcia Valley, it is family friendly, pretty clean & the staff are nice & welcoming. The included breakfast was a plus. The pool & surroundings are nice The views are fantastic from the premises

The internet was of an incredibly poor quality in our room. Absolutely zero unless u stood in front of the door with it open. We addressed the situation & we were led on until we gave up asking (no internet till the end). Breakfast has limited choices. Nothing has changed in one years’ time even though i can see a lot of people complained. A boiled egg & some vegetables would have been nice during our 8 night stay. They are understaffed and the poor workers could barely attend to the tourists’ needs during the morning rush.

The hotel was decent. The room was clean and spacious. There were enough sockets to charge phones and the wardrobe was large enough. Breakfast was good, but not rich as described. The restaurant was pleasant (we came there in the evening). The staff is super friendly and helpful. We are highly grateful to them :) They helped us to get a taxi on a Sunday (because there are no buses back to Buonconvento or Sienna on Sundays) for a reasonable price. As a special bonus - we had free bicycles to ride. And it is one of the best things! We saw all the picturesque spots in Tuscany on our bike-tour. The place is wonderful and the Nature is like in miracle.

The pool unfortunately was very cold (without heating, but I guess it is expensive in the Western Europe) and dirty. Although we saw a robo-cleaner the next morning cleaning the pool. But it was very slow. Maybe it's faster to do it manually removing all water beforehand.

Located away from the centre of town, but not a big walk, compensated by fab views and a lovely big pool and garden. Initial room bit underwhelming but we were upgraded and much better - it included a private balcony. Hotel staff were lovely, helpful but always seemed a little overwhelmed. Great bike storage. Everything was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Internet was really poor in our room.

Fantastic location with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The front desk team were courteous, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The dining room staff were simply wonderful - patient, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was minimal but high-quality and tasty; the only thing we missed was a selection of fresh vegetables.

It looks better than the pictures, I was pleasantly surprised at the Tuscan feel of the surrounding nature of the hotel. It is close to a small town (15 min walk) that has some nice restaurants

Everything was great pretty much, however there wasn’t breakfast options for lactose intolerant people. My friend who was with me could only take lactose intolerant milk with cereal every day.

+The location is perfect. You are close to Sienna, Pienza, Bagno Vignoni & all the small gems in Tuscany +parking spot +breakfast included +nice garden+pool +nice cleaning ladies that respect your needs +very pet friendly but clean at the same time which is fantastic

-we stayed for 10 days this time(we were here before & the experience was different) and breakfast is very dull on a long stay. They have no vegetables for breakfast, the eggs are cooked in only one way, when it gets busy it is a bit of a mess for breakfast…

We loved the space and decor. The location outside Orvieto was perfect for our goals. The painting or print that included the twin towers was nice. The bed very comfortable.

Black mold in the shower. A unit number or instructions , A photo of the entrance would have helped.

location was amazing. the view from the bar balcony exceptional. food at the restaurant superb and the waiter that evening was an exceptional host, made it a fantastic experience. highly recommend. if you like hiking plan in advance as there are clearly some amazing trails which we didn't fully explore and wish we had looked into more before.

Its a nice place, clean, comfortable and good value for money. The pool area is large with plenty of loungers and a nice big pool with 2 shallower ones ideal for children and babies. The food in the restaurant was delicious and good value for money.

The staff seemed very disinterested, not super friendly and while the room was very clean, the general upkeep of the overall building particularly the pool area is poor. If there was just a bit more effort put into the overall upkeep it would be a really beautiful facility.
