Our hosts welcomed us and made sure we knew everything before leaving us to relax. The property is up a steep hill. We did have some road/street noise (not that the hosts were responsible for this). The room was well appointed and had good facilities including a spa/jet bath, everything was spotless. Breakfast was plentiful, we would have liked more savoury options. Thanks!

Nowhere to sit and relax- in the rooms other than on low bed which was not easy to sit at. Rooms very dark even with lights on. There was a common area - dining room where you could have breakfast muffin and tea - but didn’t know if we used it other than breakfast time we would be charged extra- that was not clearly noted- Also would have liked smart tv so we could watch television - only Italian stations available

It's always magical to stay in a place managed by Italians. This was amazing - they waited for us late in the night and in the morning allowed late checkout so we can get ready for the wedding we came to Italy for. Everything was excellent!

We got cold water in the morning but it was fine - we love cold showers :)

VERY noisy street under our window - dozens of loud teenagers walking and stranding under our window from 22:00 to almost 01:00 in the morning (from Monday to Tuesday) so we were forced to close the window and lose fresh air (no ac)

Lovely warm welcome from the hosts, Luca & Vivian, in a beautifully restored building, breakfast was delicious. Freshly baked croissants and coffee with views across the valley from the breakfast table. thank you so much Luca & Vivian.
