Absolutely beautiful grounds in the Tuscan countryside. A well-maintained olive grove, gorgeous flowers and an inviting pool. Good access to many lovely towns and getting to Florence via train from Arezzo was very convenient.

The surroundings are nice and the b&b is really beautiful and well kept. The garden is stunning and, at night, populated by fireflies. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend dining at their restaurant.
Breakfast could be better in terms of quality of the food and breadth of choice. The swimming pool is close to the road, hence a bit noisy at times.

The beds were super comfortable and the place was very quiet - we slept great. In general nice room and with everything we needed.
A couple of the restaurant's tables were placed right next to the room, which was a bit weird - we could overhear conversations and felt like they could probably hear us, too; but everything was over by the time we were back from dinner. Also, cappuccino could improve... but honestly, on the overall breakfast was very good value for the extra 1 EUR per person we paid :-)

Just outside the "centre" of Lucignano. Very very nice place. Room and adjoining bathroom were clean and spacious. Dinner was lovely - even if a bit loud.
Breakfast was a bit scarce - not much on offer and not really well looked after.

Stunning grounds, lovely friendly staff, well maintained swimming pool, air conditioned rooms, modern bathrooms. Its such a peaceful setting, so easy to fully relax!
Nothing, 7 or 8 min walk to Lucignano up a steep hill but other than that it's stunning.

Well maintained B&B run by a hard working friendly family team. Food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The pool and the grounds were lovely and well kept.
It was all good. Nothing to complain about.

The best things about this property are the grounds, the pool and the food. Also, the family that owns and operates it were great! A wonderful place to relax and use as a home base for touring.
The rooms seemed a little dark and dated, a bit dusty, and the AC was weak.
