Everything was simply “wow”! The hosts were incredibly kind, they waited for us even though we were late for check-in due to traffic. The location is perfect. It’s right on the edge of Pienza, which gave us privacy and the peace and quiet we were looking for during our vacation. The most important thing for us was cleanliness, and this place exceeded all expectations. Everything was spotless, and the cleaning staff came every single day. Breakfast was also excellent and we truly appreciated that they offered plant-based milk, not just the regular one. We’re leaving with the most beautiful memories and truly hope to come back soon 🤗

Wonderful views, a short walk to the beautiful centre of Pienza. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, light and airy with plenty of space for 2 suitcases. Everything worked well in the bathroom - good water pressure for a shower. The bed was big and comfortable- we were not disturbed by any noise at night. The air conditioning worked well - the temperature outside was 38 degrees but we felt nice and cool in the room. Breakfast was nice - cold buffet style with plenty of choice (savoury or sweet) served outside on the terrace. We’d stay here again.

We picked the hotel because of the view from the room and we didn't regret it. The hotel is really nice and cozy, with a good location. Room was big enough for two adults, it was clean and had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. It had a balcony overlooking the fields, a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The food was great, there weren't a lot of choices but everyone can find something for themselves. Staff in the hotel is really friendly and helpful. There is a parking for your car in front of the hotel and a garage, but if it's full, there is a public parking nearby.

This hotel is located at the end of the town with the most beautiful view. The staff was very friendly, showed us our parking spot and room even though we arrived 30 min before check in started. We were given a map and some tips and we were good to go. After our dinner: we came back at around 9pm and even got an Aperol spritz after hours (thanks again!). At night it was a little noisy due to other guests but - oh well it happens. In the morning you're greeted with a delicious breakfast sweet and savory, really good coffee and an amazing view. Absolutely would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Exceptional view especially if your room is over looking over the valley. Parking has to be booked. Location is perfect as the centre is just few meters from the exit of the hotel. Breakfast is moderate. Not all staff speak English, it's better to know some Italian, but still one could communicate. Highly recommend this place, especially if you have in mind to spend a day at the centre and enjoy the beauty of the place. Will visit again.

Nothing to say

Great location in Pienza very easy walk to everything. The room had a spectacular view of the fabulous Tuscan countryside. The breakfast was excellent and was in a room with similar incredible views. The free parking at the hotel was a special bonus.

My only complaint was about the very loud arrival of people at 2:00 in the morning. Not the hotel’s fault except maybe need for better sound proofing between rooms.

Great location on the edge of town with beautiful views over the valley. Very friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Great recommendations for places to visit nearby and local restaurants. (Michaelle was exceptionally helpful!)

The bathrooms were a little outdated with poor lighting but this is often the case in older properties?

I have not words to say who please I was with this hotel location, view, and service. The hotel had breakfast included with a beautiful view of the Val d'Orcia The hotel staff is very friendly and cares for the guests. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in the Pienza area.

I loved this cute hotel on the edge of Pienza. Spotlessly clean and comfortable and easy walking distance to cafés and restaurants. The views from the terrace are gorgeous. They let me park my car there for free. The staff are lovely, special thanks to Chiara who kindly stayed late to check me in when my flight was delayed. Would highly recommend.

The location is amazing!! The calmness and the view are 10/10! We had the possibility to park in the garage which made everything so easy for us. Also the possibility to have a coffee or a drink in the garden was highly appreciated. Silvia in the reception made the stay even better with the information of the city and for getting us a reservation at Sette de Vino Osteria. Thank you!

The room is the only thing that stops me for giving a 10/10. It was fine and well cleaned, just a bit "worn out".
