- picturesque view from terrace (city panorama), - large room with very functional bathroom), - air conditioner and kettle, - coffee machine available only for one euro in hall, - localisation - via main street od Pienza, - wi-fi on the highest level of speed, working very good, - bath cosmetics sets, - the hotel is located in a historical building.

- lack of hotel parking forced us to use public (very expensive and crouded) parking places, - breakfast typical italian style (cakes, crossaints and coffee), - lack of elevator (that was ok, for us) but if you have a heavy luggages it could be a problem - rooms are on 2nd floor,

The location is in the historic center, you can easily walk everywhere. The staff was courteous and helpful, the communication by wats app before checkin was good. The room was spacious and clean. Do not miss the view from the terrace! The restaurant opposite to the B&B was delicious and two highlights you shouldn’t miss are the gladiator shooting spot and the ceramic bai linda(very interesting cave). Be aware there is not lift, and the reception is in the second floor (that was not a problem for us). There is not parking in the hotel because it is a pedestrian zone, you have to use a public parking that is located within a short walking distance. We had a great stay and surely will be back!

The breakfast could include some ham and cheese. I know it is a typical Italian breakfast but some people prefer to have something savoury in the morning.

Very friendly personal. Location is perfect. Direct in the old city of Pienza. Nice roof top terrace with amazing view. Good Italian breakfast. Appartement was very big. But only one thing - the appartement smelling a little bit strange.

Very nice house with character. Spacious room and incredibly clean! Very nice messages via WhatsApp for our arrival. Very nice couple (except for the departure...shame). Rooftop with great views of the village towers and the area.

Room beautiful but dark especially as we had to leave the curtains of the only window closed all the time as it overlooks the street and a window of the building just opposite. Owner should send one of their lovely reminders via WhatsApp for check out time which would avoid being woken up very rudely at 9.55am when you think it's at 11am (like in most B&Bs or hotels). Very disappointing breakfasts (bad and hard bread).

The owners are extremely kind, proud of their B & B and made us feel like family. The history of the building, rooftop terrace and complimentary breakfast are all amazing!

We would have enjoyed having glass cups in our room for the coffee and tea.

Nice B&B in the heart of Pienza, with a beautiful view over the city on the rooftop terrace. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Room is very comfortable and comes with lots of amenities. Breakfast is rich.

The watched me all the time in breakfast. Knocked on the door exactly 10 am for checkout, not in a smiling way.

Viue over In the most beutifull area in Tuscany and easy to access. House is nice, well renovated and charming.

Clean, comfortable, tidy. Spacious room, stunning rooftop terrace overlooking the entire city. Nice owners and delicious breakfast. Will definitely be back.
