Very nice hotel,very close to the center of Pienza ,200 meters . The junior suites are very nice ,big ,clean ,they have a small balcony and with all the facilities you need . The hotel restaurant offers only breakfast ,which is very good ,sweet and salty products,coffee,juices,tea . There is also a beautiful terrace and jacuzzi at the 1 st floor . The hotel has elevator. There are parking places and also a garage for the cars . Sometimes the parking can be full ,but they find a solution . The reception staff are very helpful and friendly,I thank them and I’m sorry I forgot their names ,but they helped us with everything we asked for and also I thank Michaela ,the housekeeper. The staff also suggested us some places to visit and also restaurants in and around Pienza . It was a beautiful stay for us ,when we will come another time we will stay definitely here and we recommend this place .

The location of the property is excellent, just 150 meters away from the old town. The room is spacious and clean.

No air condition, they switched it off because it was November, but the days we were there the temperature was 26/27 degrees and the room was really warm, they said that they can’t switch it on and they gave us a ventilator, which was not enough to cool the room. Parking is a problem as they keep the reserve parking for the coaches, hence the 4/5 parking spaces dedicated for the cars, is being kept free only for the coaches.

We loved the hotel and the location. We had two rooms and they were very comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. We enjoyed the outside patio and we loved the easy walk into town. Pienza was our favourite town in Tuscany and we were so happy we stayed for a night. We did not get a parking spot in the hotel parking lot but there was lots of free parking across the street and we just parked our car and left it until the next day.

I do not read reviews with a rating of 10 myself thinking those were written by people who always love everything everywhere and describe things as gorgeous and fantastic. Well, this time, it is me. - Staff - cannot be better. The girl that checked us in and organized a transfer for us from the train station in another village and the guy from Sicily on the reception are the best. I wanted to take them home. The person who runs their HR office is doing a very good job. I am a titanium member of Marriott Bonvoy - this is just to say that I know what good service is. - Location cannot be better. The old town is 3 min away. The grocery store is 5 min away. (I am saying the, because it looks like it is the only one in town - check its schedule before going, it has weird opening hours) - We had a corner room with a balcony with a view of some old building and the valley. It was in November, but the weather was very good, VERY quite, the birds singing. PARADISE! - They have two jacuzzi tubs on the terrace, and will switch them on for you upon request. We did not take our bathing suits so we did not use that option.

I am not lowering my rating for this, but their breakfast is a bit scant for a 4 star hotel, and one kind of sliced meats was not fresh and smelled like sour milk. This is just a little teaspoon of tar in the huge barrel of honey in order to be objective. But this did not spoil the overall impression at all. This is by far the best of the four hotels I stayed in Italy on this trip.

Perfect Stay! ✨🏞️ We requested a valley view room and woke up to breathtaking scenery—absolutely stunning! The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel offered a delicious and plentiful breakfast. Another great plus: it’s just a 5-minute walk to the city center. Highly recommend! 😊

The only downside was the hot tub water, which wasn’t warm enough and had some floating residues.

The hotel is in a great location just outside the old town, so it was both quiet and convenient. The receptionist was very helpful indeed, booking dinner reservations for us both in Pienza and San Quirico, and organising a taxi to take our bags on ahead. There is a lift!

Be careful at the bottom of the stairs - it's a bit deceptive and I nearly tripped!

Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Reserved outdoor parking just in front of the premises.

Unfortunately, jacuzzis are just accessible if the weather permits. Hours of breakfast were a bit shorter than originally communicated, but for the rest no major issues.

We were given a smaller room from what we had previously agreed to. We mentioned it to reception staff who had agreed to change us but we decided to leave it as too much hassle to change at that stage. Also, a lot of flies around the all the food at breakfast time which in itself is a health hazard. We would have preferred that all food was covered. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Breakfast was elegantly exposed, inviting to consume, and had a great smell and lovely colors. The food was excellent & cooked perfectly. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was so attentive and accommodating. Rooms- spacious and pretty clean. Location - more than centered.

Nice hotel at the heart of Pienza, new and clean rooms, spacious and convenient. Kind and helpful staff at the reception. Breakfast was rich and delicious. There are several parking spots for the hotel guests and if there is any uncertainty the staff help and direct. A good position to reach other towns and villages around. We really enjoyed this lovely hotel in lovely Pienza for 4 nights.
