Pienza is a beautiful village, the Val d'Orcia is breathtaking. We were welcomed by Paola, who is a magnificent ambassador for the property, she really made us feel incredibly welcome. The restaurant was also excellent, we had a fantastic dinner. We came off season, (March) which added to the tranquility. I think you would come here to enjoy a quiet, peaceful retreat, and it is a nice base to explore the Tuscan wine region.

We should have planned to stay more than 1 night!

Location was great. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Designed amazing. Quiet location. The happy hour in the lounge is great.

We could use some vegetables in breakfast but other than that all was very tasty. It’s quite cold in the dining area and the common places in winter.

Very nice and clean hotel , no parking available but the team help with the luggage and it's less then 5 minutes walk. The rooms are well decorated, relatively big. Location is fantastic. We enjoyed the restaurant, the food and service were excellent

The noice from the other rooms woke us few times during the night.

beautiful building complex with a cosy garden in pienza's historic center, which was skillfully turned into a boutique hotel. particularly nice touches: drinks from the minibar are included and a daily aperitivo is served in the "living room". also, a helpful and personal little guide about local sights and restaurants is provided to guests.

we expected a little more from the hotel's restaurant - food and service were good, but not outstanding. also, while the terrace's design is consistent, the rest of the garden seemed a little more like a pick'n'mix and thus does not reach its full potential.

Our stay at the townhouse hotel was truly beautiful. We were fortunate to secure the rooftop room, which added to our enjoyment and made it one of the most memorable stays we've had in Pienza. The hotel's prime location allows for easy exploration of the charming streets and offers a breathtaking view of Tuscany's sunset

From the rooms, to common areas to staff/hospitality and food. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Loved Pienza too. Can’t wait to go back.

The location is perfect, bed was comfortable (spacious rooms), food was delicious (lunch), and staff was very friendly

I really disliked the pillows, they were super soft, I didn’t call to change them however if I would’ve know there was the option (a little in room notice as I’ve seen in other hotels) I would have.

The property is lovely and comfortable. Great bathroom.

Unfortunately restaurant was not working and it was one of the reasons I chose the property. Outdoor space lacks a bit more character, it can be setup more nicely to be used by guests. I find it rather expensive in comparison to all other amazing stays we had on our trip.

Beautiful, clean and well designed. The dining area and backyard is so beautiful with the florals and gardening.

The hotel is just perfect, I wish I could stay more. Very modern but still with some traditional tuscany details. The location is the best. I loved the afternoon prosecco, cheese and olives.

The hotel is perfect, the only thing I didn't like is the food of their restaurant.
