I stayed one night at Fonte del Castagno and had a great experience. Roberto, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful—he even drove me to the shop to pick up groceries. He took time to explain the history of the house, share insights about the area, and make sure I had everything I needed. Warm, intelligent conversation and genuine hospitality made the stay memorable. I’m grateful for the care and would happily come back. Five stars

Love it swimming pool was great I love it. And the attention of Roberto was great! Close to the main plaza of Sinalunga with great restaurant pizzeria and artigianale gelateria

Everything was great

This is the place with wonderful atmosphere, beautiful, secluded pool and - we arrived in distress, because our car broke down - the support, which was absolutely amazing. As soon as we can, we will return!

Free parking

There was no refrigerator, and the property looked quite different from the photos — everything appeared old and not well-maintained, especially the garden. During my stay, there was also no access to a kitchen

It was a beautiful property with secure parking available. Roberto did our laundry for us.

The pillows and bed were not super comfortable. It could use a kettle and some coffee/tea in the room.

The location was good and we just wanted a place to sleep at.

To simple and no proper facilities. No minibar. No fridge. No shampoos. The floor was stonefloor and it’s hard to tell if it’s clean or not. Too many bugs and flies in the room

Lack of cleaning, especially in bathroom: the shower and toilet were not clean at the check in with hair and dirt from, I suppose, previous guests. The next day we found beetles in the bathroom: we checked out early and we are asking for refund but
