Everything about the property was perfect. The location is stunning, the service, room, food was fabulous. The staff is beyond par. Extremely helpful and informative. We can’t wait to go back again. The owners of the property are such wonderful people. The team the location is all A++++

There is nothing to not like about the place.

Breakfast was excellent every morning. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating to our every need. The evening meals were over the top delicious! Such a beautiful setting and we hope to return soon!

I can't think of a thing! What I didn't like was that we had to leave after only 3 days! Would love to have stayed and enjoyed this beautiful and tranquil hamlet for at least a week!

We had a fantastic stay, the hotel is perfectly located for traveling around Tuscany but also have time to relax and recharge batteries. Couldn’t imagine a better place, also given its quite limited hotel capacity. But the stars of the property are Jonathan and Carlo, who are out of this world - they do everything in their power to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We are still without words, on their approach to handle even the slightest deviation from their standards. We couldn’t have imagined a better stay! Special thanks again to Jonathan and Carlo - you are stars!

Loved everything, Carlo, Scott, Simi, Laura , Taliana & Silvia were all Fantastic such a lovely team who couldn’t have been more helpful and nicer ! Our room 501 was perfect, clean nice bathroom and roomy with garden access to the pool area which is gorgeous, the only moan is the pool is starting to turn green ! The food was fabulous and great service by the wonderful staff, wine tasting next door was also fantastic! I would 100% go back , the little town 10 mins away is the cutest with some small shops worth a visit, all the restaurants they recommended were amazing. Thanks so much you we’re all great 😊

Location was fabulous, a 12 minute drive to Montepulciano and nicely situated for exploring southern Tuscany. The staff/concierge team were absolutely wonderful- Teresa, Jonathan and Laura went out of their way to make our stay perfect and always had helpful tips and winery/restaurant suggestions available. The breakfast was good, the scenery was gorgeous. Absolutely loved our stay and hope to return!

This property is absolutely outstanding in every way imaginable. The room was gorgeous, clean and idyllic. The staff were beyond attentive and friendly. When we checked in, Carlo took our bags immediately to the room and greeted us with an exceptional cocktail - the best Aperol spritz I have ever had and I’ve been to Milan! Simi also gave an amazing tour of the property. Jonathan went above and beyond as a concierge. He was so helpful in answering our plethora of questions and organized amazing activities for us. He also helped my boyfriend arrange the most beautiful flowers as a surprise when we checked in our room. I have never seen such beautiful flowers before! The owners were also at the property and were so kind and the warm. The restaurant was outstanding and probably the best Venison I have ever had - make sure to have dinner at the restaurant one night.

The property is cozy and very beautiful. A few of the staff is really lovely and welcoming.

Most of the staff however has a low knowledge of english and most of them I found annoying. The rooms were overall clean BUT both times they changed our towels the towels werent very clean... The plates for breakfast buffet werent very clean either. The breakfast wasnt the best, but we did not find a good selection of breakfast anywhere in Italy so lets say that it was average or just belove average. All in all i would say its a bit overpriced for the experience, but its probably justified by the fact that its in tuscuny so...

Our Trip was in Mid- November, so the Weather was on the chilly side w/ No Rain. I think Mid- October would be the perfect time, Not To Touristy, restaurants aren't Packed, great time to talk long walks. All in all, awesome place with really nothing not to like.

Good location - only <15min drive from Montepulciano and within 1 hour drive to many nearby Tuscan towns. The hotel breakfast and dinner food quality was excellent. We were in love with the omelet served at breakfast every day. The pasta dishes were also very very good (beating many restaurants in the hilltop towns nearby).

AC in the room was not so good and it felt a bit stuffy and hot at night. It feels actually better to open the window but there was mosquitos and bugs in the surrounding so you couldn't really keep the window open for long.
