1. the staff at the front desk is too chill to be at the hospitality industry, seems to be not very familiar with what they do. 2. We have several big luggages, and we were never offered help in both check-in and check-out. We always needed to ask. 3. the hotel has no special connections with the Michelin star restaurant onsite. They can not help you book a table. The hotel does not have their own restaurant. It means that if the Michelin restaurant is fully booked, you have no food to eat at the hotel and need to go out to look for food. It's very inconvenient. 3. I would be happy if the price is at an airbnb level. For a hotel that charges a price that is similar to a luxury hotel, I would expect a better service.

Very welcoming at reception. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Room was very good. Location was perfect for visiting the surrounding area. Well recommended!

Breakfast was table service, with a set platter of pastries, yoghurt and fruit. Cold cuts and cheese could be ordered, along with various cereals. Additional items such as avacado on toast could be ordered for an additional cost. A buffet breakfast might be better, as we don't always eat pastries, so they were going to waste.

Everything was beautiful here! The building was carefully renovated, adding modern comforts while preserving the natural structure of the building. We especially loved the very comfortable beds, the in-house spa, the delightful and helpful employees and the delicious breakfasts that you enjoy while admiring the gorgeous Tuscan countryside,. The villa is located in a picturesque vineyard and easy to find. From here it is a short trip to Cortona, Montepulciano and Pienza. Thank you for everything! We will defintely be back!

There was nothing not to like.

A stunning wine resort near Montepulciano, elegantly and tastefully designed and furnished. The lobby features glass panels that offer a view into the old wine cellar below. The Host also offers a variety of wine-tasting packages – highly recommend! The outdoor pool with its breathtaking view of the vineyards is a true highlight. If you‘re into fine dining you can book a table at the extern Osmosi-Restaurant (1 Michelin Star) which is located in the building.

Water was a little overpriced in our opinion (8€ for a bottle of still water) – but other than that, nothing bad to say!

We stayed at Villa Svetoni Wine Resort for a few nights during our honeymoon. It's so much nicer in person than in the pictures, and we already thought it was nice when we booked it. Staff were very friendly and helped give information on the surrounding areas. We also did the wine tour which was excellent where we learnt all about the wine they make and got to try a few out, along with the olive oil they make too. And then the restaurant, which is run separately we also enjoyed a delicious meal in. Make sure you book in advance though as they were full.

We stayed a little too early to use the outdoor pool as it doesn't open till May. If you want any cooked breakfast you have to pay extra.

Lovely staff, beautiful surroundings quiet and easy access to Montepulciano just 15 mins away. The best part was our Wine degustation experience with Ivan, he was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable, highly recommended!

They should have some water at reception to greet guest and some complementary water in room. Shower, far too complex for a bathroom!

Breakfast was excellent. When we came home one night and tried to come in through the restaurant we were greeted by a gentleman who was certainly not very friendly and treated us as if we were strangers. We were based on that greeting not interested in having dinner at that location

Beautiful resort. Rooms were so comfortable and cute. Loved the grounds. Lots of amenities! We loved our massage and all that the property had to offer.

Wish the restaurant was more than just a fancy Michelin star place to eat. Would be nice to have regular options. We had to drive quite a ways to eat for lunch and dinner.

the hotel is located near Montepulciano, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The whole resort is new, and beautifully designed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. one of them even called her friend, a touristic bus driver from Montepulciano, to have some information useful for us. The 1 star Michelin restaurant located in the hotel was excellent.

Staff were incredible, it was very easy to organise activities through the villa. Pool was amazing and rooms were lovely. The Svetoni wine is also delicious and the Osmosi restaurant was an incredible experience.

For the price we paid for the rooms I would expect that eggs should be included within the included breakfast menu, rather than costing us 8 euros. For a villa of this calibre I would also expect that they would have firm pillow options if asked for.
