The location is magical with magnificent views and beautifully maintained gardens. The pool area was wonderful and clean. Lucca was kind and helpful and very responsive when communicating. Good location to visit the surrounding areas and we loved that the baker visited daily to sell delicious baked goods. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and sufficient for our needs. The small kitchen was adequate for preparing basic meals. Given the warm weather the ‘ not so hot ‘ showers did not bother us. There is a barbecue area which we did not use but we saw other guests enjoying this facility. Would go back.

Absolutely lovely and accommodating host full of great recommendations and very welcoming! Felt right at home! The big beautiful swimming pool , gardens, barbecue, terrace and outside areas were lovely to enjoy the stunning scenery! Cozy apartment with comfortable bed, but spend most our time outside!

The apartment had a little bit of a humidity issue, even with the dehumidifier it was still rather stuffy. The apartment itself is sparkling clean but some mould behind the kitchen sink is concerning. Would have loved an extra towel for the swimming pool.

We got an upstairs room, with amazing Toscany views wherever you look, like the ones you see in the postcards. Property owners live there as well, I personally was ok with that, you know they are there for any help needed, and they are very nice. The area is beautiful and well kept, pool, BBQ area, lots of space to sit around, and the most beautiful terrasse next to the pool where we had our breakfast and morning coffee while we enjoyed the view. The location is amazing, close to wineries, and villages, and mainly it is in the area of the Tuscany that is very nice (before this we were north of San Gimignano and there was too much wood area, with not that nice sceneries as in this part). Finally, we extended our stay, that is how much we liked it.

I saw some of the comment about dark rooms, we were lucky to get an upstairs room but still would advise putting light over the stove/kitchen area for more convenient food preparation. Our room did not have a designated/private area for sitting, like the rooms downstairs, but we did not mind, we used the beautiful terraces next to the pool. Writing this as info, maybe someone would find it relevant.

Where to start? This property is a 120 year old farmhouse that was repurposed and extended in a 9-apartment configuration. We stayed in the larger 2-bedroom apartment as a family of 4. The room was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, 2 bedrooms with A/C, etc... The amenities of this place are amazing. Large pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. Next to the pool, there's a seating area that has a view that it's just impossible to explain. So I uploaded a picture of it. This is one of the most beautiful views I've ever seen. The host (Luca) was amazing. Always helpful providing instructions, directions, etc... He speaks very good English and Spanish, which also helps. He recommended a local party with local food that we really enjoyed.

Even if I tried to nitpick, I would not be able to find anything I didn't like about this property. I would come back 1000 times if I could.

The pool is huge and absolutely fantastic. The entire garden of the property is beautiful and peaceful, with stunning views and seating options everywhere. A little bakery car comes around every morning and sells fresh pastries and breads. The surrounding area offers beautiful walks.

If your apartment is downstairs, noise from upstairs can be an issue as the ceilings are super thin and noise travels. The bathroom of our apartment needs a serious upgrade. The shower was way too tiny, hot water took ages and overall the bathroom wasn't great. That was the one downfall of the place.

Apartment was cute and felt authentic. Pool was great to relax in the afternoons. The man staffing the property. He was lovely and was very helpful with places to go. Daily croissants (9am the lady visits)

If the apartments could be stocked with basic cooking items (salt, pepper, oil) it would really help. Probably best to provide bug spray in the rooms too.

Swimming pool was gorgeous with plentiful sunbeds. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice and cool and the fan effective. Great location in the peace of the countryside with amazing views. Close to lots of attractions.

The hot water was just warm, never hot. No chopping board in the kitchen.

We liked the view from the shared terrace near the pool where we ate our meals and hung out. We liked the location very much, lots of paths to take our dog and we really liked the pool.

Our apartment was nice, but the view was on a parking lot next to the reception and everyone walked by, so we couldn't really use the table and chairs provided at the apartment. Also the cats were very territorial so it was harder to go out with a dog.

Loved the location and the view. The terrace is beautiful, and we enjoyed our afternoon wine and snacks here each day. The owner was exceptionally helpful and offered suggestions regarding nearby day trips and vineyards. The owner called my rental car company and helped me organise some finer details in italian.

Nothing bad to say about this place. We were very sad to leave.

The view 😀 we enjoyed the view from the terrace, which extends over the vineyard and the surrounding area. We enjoyed every moment spent there. Also, there is a pool where you can relax after visiting the surroundings. Location is very good, you have a lot of attractions near. Every morning, the baker brings products on property, so you can buy breakfast there.
