Highly recommend this hotel! We had a fabulous stay and very good value for money. The location was ideal. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean, and the pool area was lovely. The breakfast was also very tasty. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Francesco in particular was very accommodating and helped us getting to a wine tour when our taxi didn’t work out. All in all a wonderful trip to Montepulciano!

Great location and view + overall vibe. The pool area was very clean and nice, would have loved for the pool to be open longer throughout the day. Overall quite comfortable.

The bed was a bit too old school for my liking - it was a metal frame and very wiggly, you feel the bed moving with basically every breath which almost made me feel sea sick a bit. But overall manageable!

There is not kitchen. I asked them to make small surprise for my boyfriend birthday and they said they don’t have kitchen, they didn’t gave me other options. that was a shame

The location of the hotel was great. The room had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious.

Walls are paper thin, you hear everyone in rooms around you. Sunbeds only around pool which is gated so if its closed you cant use them - we lay on the wall opposite. Shower has a seat with jets for back etc, but this just gets in the way.

My recent stay at Nuovo Etruria Resort was a mixed experience. The hotel is located on the outer edge of the city, making it easily accessible by car. However, this also means that reaching the historical center, where all the good restaurants are, requires a long uphill walk. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and attentive, which was a positive aspect of my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, although it felt a bit awkward with its three different levels (entrance, bathroom, sleeping area). I enjoyed using the outside table just next to the room, and the view was great. Unfortunately, the pool was unavailable for another two weeks, and the hotel did not announce this prior to our arrival. Additionally, the hotel recommends parking your car outside the premises due to the incoming traffic in the mornings. The breakfast had too few food options, with almost no salad, and the cucumbers seemed half rotten. Overall, I would avoid staying at this hotel again unless travelling with bigger groups where staying near each other is necessary, and the pool is operational.
