We loved the location and the room felt very homey and comfortable. Breakfast was in an old cellar (done up beautifully) and was a fantastic way to start the day with plentiful selection and a barista coffee. Staff made us feel welcome and pre-communication was fantastic. The best pizza we have had in Italy is only 3 doors away and plenty of shops, wine tasting and restaurants nearby.

Difficult to get to with bags, car parking is not on site and we were able to drive to the hotel to drop them off but then struggled down tiny roads to find our way to the car park. It’s an uphill walk of about 5 - 8 minutes depending on your fitness to get to the hotel. In saying that - the whole town is a fitness course so not for the unfit or injured.

Fantastic location close to the Piazza Grande. We took an early morning local bus from the Chiusi-Chianciano train station and were happy to discover that the place was a short (but steep LOL) walk from the Delle Farine bus stop. Hosts allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in, which was a very big perk. Appreciated receiving a text when our room became available earlier than expected. Breakfast included all the staples, and the homemade dish each morning was delicious! Our hosts were kind and the stay was very memorable. I would recommend this place to friends and family without hesitation.

Lovely little place to stay in a very good location. Located near the "top" of town by the main square, great wineries and restaurants. The room was clean, nice and comfortable to be in. The breakfast was very good and the staff was absolutely wonderful! They were very accommodating and even worked out a taxi for us to get back to the train station. We would stay here again for sure!

The only thing that needs improvement is the bed. The mattress in our room was very hard and uncomfortable. It was impossible to sleep for a long time. It definitely need to be replaced.

Coordinating check-in through WhatsApp was efficient and easy. Since my family arrived late, we were given clear parking directions and key drop box procedures. The location was right in the heart of town, and the staff was so nice! Breakfast was delicious. Like most of Italy, the room is a little snug, so if you have a lot of baggage, consider upgrading to a larger room. I highly recommend staying here!

You are staying within the city walls and must park outside the walls. Montepulciano is a hilly town, so make sure you are able to walk uphill with your luggage to get to this great spot!

Right in the center of town with parking just a few blocks from the sweet little clean hotel. The two women that manage/perhaps own the hotel are so lovely and helpful to us, an older couple from the US. They helped with specific parking directions and called our rental car company for us because some indicator lights came on that were confusing. The included breakfast was much more than we needed but included cut up fresh fruit, eggs, wonderful yogurt and many other breakfast sweets and croissants. We were only able to stay one night but the room was quiet and comfortable.

We have only a little luggage so perfect but if you carry very large bags you would ask for one of their larger rooms.

Location was fabulous in the center of activity, adjacent to Piazza Grande. We had ready access to restaurants, shops and plenty of history, as well as having nearby services (i.e. laundromat). Breakfast at the hotel was plentiful and excellent - especially those warm croissants! Staff was so friendly, caring and hospitable, and offerred wonderful recommendations. Having been to Montepulciano several years ago, this really fullfilled our desire to return and stay within the old city walls.

You have to be prepared for all the uphill walking. Hopefully, you know and understand that about the town before you arrive. That's part of the history and the charm of the place. Fortunately, there is a hop-on, hop-off bus one can use if unable to make the trek, which will allow you to take advantage of every adventure inside the town and more.

We loved our short stay! We were warmly greeted at reception and provided lots of information for our stay. The room was clean, well furnished and spacious enough. We loved the breakfast in the underground level: perfect cappuccino (my wife is Italian - raised in Italy not abroad :) ), great selection and cute setting. We would highly recommend. Location is also perfect - within the town centre, close to everything (expect a supermarket, however there are some places where you can purchase water and other small pantry items, if needed).

Meublè Evoè is inside the old town of Montepulciano in a fantastic location. Benedetta was extremely helpful and responsive assisting us with directions on arrival and parking, local things to see and do, excellent aperitivo and dinner recommendations. We loved Romantico - Daniele looked after us very well and we experienced a sunset view like no other. Benedetta was also very helpful planning our onward journey and made great suggestions for our last stop in Tuscany (including places we should stop to see along the way). They were wonderful, we loved Monteriggioni. Grazie ancora Benedetta!

Lovely B&B but it was difficult to understand how to get to it from the Public Parking #6. We wasted time trying to figure it out & missed out on seeing the city. The hosts didn't seem to be concerned with assisting & we finally got our luggage into the B&B once we figured out where it was located. Good breakfast.

Location was within easy walking distance to everything. The staff provided excellent instructions on how to find the reserved parking garage. Breakfast had a good variety and was well tended by the staff.

The mattress was a bit more firm than we like and the shower stall was pretty small. Other than those couple of minor items, everything was great.
