The view from the property was incredible, and I loved waking up each morning to the bells of the herd of sheep grazing outside as the B&B is located above a cheese shop. It was a dreamy experience, and the breakfast was terrific, even though I would have rather liked to serve myself rather than having to point to things behind a plexiglass separating you from the food. The room was very comfortable and I loved the decor of the property.

The noise from next door. They were so loud and we could hear every word they spoke as the two rooms were situated right next to each other behind a door separating us from the common area. I doubt they heard us, but we were just unlucky to be next to two loud talkers our entire stay.

We have stayed at multiple locations around Tuscany and this is by far the best one. The host was incredibly welcoming, rooms were beautiful and the views from the terrace were fantastic. The place offers a picnic opportunity where you could taste their own made cheeses and other delicacies in a beautiful setting with great views. We only stayed a couple of nights but wish we could have stayed there longer. We cannot recommend this enough and will be back for a longer stay the next time we are in the area.

Everything! Charming Villa with it's own sheep-cheese farm! The location is sensational - embedded in the beautiful Valdichiana with wonderful views of the surrounding landscape with it's marquee vinyards and Montepulciano, a picturesque town on a hill. The room itself was huge, tastefully done and cozy with a big terraze. The breakfast was outstanding, everyday freshly prepared. Overall almost too beautiful to be real, but this place actually does exist. I would give it 11 points if I could, it was that good.

We loved our stay at Cugusi BnB. The location was perfect - private and peaceful, yet only a short 5 minute drive into town. The facilities were updated and kept very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked very well. Breakfast was excellent in both quantity and variety. The views from the property were stunning - we spent many enjoyable hours sitting on the shared balcony admiring the landscape. We would highly recommend this place if you are planning on visiting this region of tuscany.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany and situated just outside of old Montepulciano, Cugusi BnB is breathtaking! The rooms are scandi-chic, very spacious, and spotless. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. But what has left us the happiest is Tiziana’s warm hospitality. From the delicious breakfast spread she put out for us, to her eagerness to share recommendations, and to her kind hug as we bid her farewell, it was truly a lovely experience and one we will remember forever! There is even a small store with an incredible selection of wine, cheese, and cured meats.

Just a small forewarning that like many places, even hotels, there is a certain level of noise that can be heard through the door while in the room, but nothing that couldn’t be remedied with some earplugs!

Our hostess Tiziana was gracious, friendly and fun to spend with each morning. She is the absolute best! The location of Cugusi is somewhat off the beaten path, but once you arrive, we were delighted to have found this place. The scenery is gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting outside on the beautiful veranda that overlooked the valley. The town of Montepulciano was only 15 minutes away. The B&B was spotless clean. Breakfast foods varied each day and everything presented was fresh and delicious.

The breakfast was amazing with fantastic rooftop views of Montepulciano and surrounding landscape. Tiziana was a very friendly host, and gave us some nice tips where to visit locally. The property is spacious , the rooms clean and large and it has the best view of Montepulciano. We loved having cocktails and snacks watching the sunset. There is a shop on site that sells cheeses and meat , and picnic baskets if you like. A short drive until Montepulciano or Pienza. Gina the cat checked in on us throughout our stay! Without question we would stay again. Great value, no doubt.

The most amazing view ever, the place is very well maintained and hostess is amazing. Great breakfast and close attention to details. We booked 4 nights and I would stay forever. The bed is one of the best I have slept in, the shower excellent and the garden in to die for. Just ask for whatever you need, Its a family like place. We had a private balcony, next to the main beautiful one that you can also use. The renovation feels very new, mattress, bed linen, towels of high quality. And such a lovely vibe :) We were really sad to leave.

Nothing not to like. I would add a small capsule coffee machine to to rooms or at least a small kettle to make the place even more amazing. Even ones with paid guest access in a corner, so that it will not be in the way. The garden and the balcony are amazing for afternoon coffee :)

One of the best places I have ever stayed in, the view from the terasa is amazing, unbelievable. Having breakfast there with that view outside is just heaven. Wow. And the owner is the most king and helpful women ever. The place is very clean and cozy and so is the rooms. Very comfortable bed. All was just perfect.this place will be in my dreams forever. Thanks for everything and hope to get back one day

What an incredible place to stay. We stayed in the 2brm apartment which was well appointed with everything that you would need. The view on the balcony across to the village of Montepulciano was second to none. The sunrises and sunsets were even more special with the beautiful scenery. The host, Tiziana was lovely also, very easy to communicate with and helpful when needed. There’s a wonderful shop on site, Pecorino di Pienza Cugusi, they make up wonderful picnic baskets with home made cheese that you can enjoy on the grounds of CUGUSI and take in the sites. The lady that served us was knowledgeable and wonderful with her recommendations. We loved our stay and would certainly stay again.
