Property is amazing. The buildings are very beautiful, they really take care of every detail. The rooms, the gardens, the facilities… it’s what you see on the movies of Tuscany. It’s also kids and pets friendly, but still a place to rest and admiring the most amazing landscape.

Before getting there, I couldn’t get responses to my emails asking for recommendations and help of the concierge or front desk. Also, considering the tier of the hotel, it would deserve a front desk staff more kind and attentive to the guests. They did the basics (check in process, payment etc), but they didn’t explain about the property, the region, not open to give recommendations and tips of what to do there etc.

We truly enjoyed every aspect of the trip. In particular the Bar Manager Regina is a superstar in the making. Anna from the restaurant also stood out but management should be proud of the whole staff.

There was no live tv option in the room where we could catch a sporting match while it rained. The TV forces you to login to various applications but they're getting restricted now.

Amazing location in Tuscany, and beautiful facility. We also loved that breakfast was included. It was all around amazing!!!

Communication with front desk. This was not a huge problem, but it could be improved upon. I had a quick question and had to walk over to get the answer. More of an inconvenience than anything.

Breakfast was great; the food selection was perfect. The spa was unbelievable and the spa staff was cordial and did an excellent job (massage).

Nestled amidst the rolling hills of Tuscany, Precise Tale Poggio Alla Sala offers an enchanting escape for couples seeking a romantic getaway. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were captivated by the hotel's timeless elegance and all-around warm hospitality. From the front desk, to the dining staff at La Via Della Seta and terrace, even the nightly turndown service with the Tuscan tale, simply excellent, excellent , excellent service. We will most definitely stay here the next time we visit!

We have recently had the pleasure of staying at this extraordinary hotel in Tuscany, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The service at this hotel is nothing short of perfect. Every request we made was met with a smile and prompt attention. The food was absolutely amazing. Whether it was the breakfast buffet or the elegant dinner, every dish was crafted to perfection. The facilities at the hotel are top-notch. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. In summary, this place exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended!

We had a near perfect stay - the locations/views are stunning, the food was great, the staff were amazing, and the sunbeds were quiet and plentiful. Everything was nigh on perfect during our stay. We'll definitely return and will be recommend the hotel to all our friends!

Only very, very minor things - the music playlist gets a bit samey, the restaurant menu is relatively small (albeit excellent) - both things that didn't impact our stay but may grate for a longer stay. Also it took us until our last day to realise you could order freshly cooked breakfast (vs the buffet), this could be made clearer. Again I view these as very minor and it's an exceptional hotel running an exceptional service

Super quiet and calm place with stunning views of the vineyards 🥰

We arrived pretty late after 10pm and they made it still happen that we will get something to eat. Our lugguage were already in the room when we got escorted to it. The property is pretty big and you can have even a small walk after breakfast or dinner. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The Spa Treatment was outstanding and the products they are using very nice. They have three pools outdoor and you can choose where you like to relax, the poolboy serves you a refreshment once in a while but you also can order additional drinks. The breakfast is very tasty with a good quality, a lot of items are home-made especially the profitoreles and brownies are just WOW. the breathtaking view in the morning as well in the evening - I barely saw that before. They found a great way to keep the tuscan style of the buildings and adding new elements to it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tuscany. We will be back soon for sure! Thank you to the whole team who made our stay so memorable.
