Object is located at the relatively quiet part of a lovely small town. It is very beautiful, has decent content and is relatively modern. Breakfast is very simple, but delicious. Our host was very kind, friendly and helpful - even though we had a strong language barrier :) We felt quite welcome. This is a very good location to have relatively quick drives to some good spots like agroturismos, wine tastings - and ofcourse Pienza (the cheese city).

Sadly, even though our room had a very modern and powerful AC unit, we didn't end up using it as it looked like it had never been disinfected/serviced. It had mold on it and we decided not to use it as a health precaution. It should be serviced more often.

Everything was fantastic. The villa is located in a beautiful place, it is quiet and tidy. They came out to meet us with an earlier entry, waited for us with coffee. They went out of their way to recommend us places to have lunch as well as schedule a wine tasting in a neighboring place. Nice conversation, tips and information about Italy and especially Tuscany. We are very satisfied and will gladly come again. Free and safe parking 👑

Very quiet place, very good position to reach all the surrounding place of interest like bagni di san Filippo, Montepulciano, caseificio cugusi and a lot more. Staff very friendly and helpful, they suggested where to eat and booked the table for us. Nice breakfast with many different choices, croissants were amazingly good!

It felt like staying in a authentic tuscan house. The staff was absolutely wonderful and always ready tondo anything to make your stay even better! The manager is such a nice gentleman!

Pillows were not comfortable at all. didn’t feel comfortable opening windows for natural light bc my room was on first floor.

Very friendly staff and great recommendations where to eat! The Villa has great views, clean, air conditioning, and parking! The restaurants about 3 mins away by car but probably could walk too!

super nice. a very old farm converted into a hotel. large rooms, excellent breakfast and service, and the view from every wi dow was breathtaking
