Our four-night stay was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by an atmosphere that was luxurious and welcoming. Our experience at this villa was flawless, making it a truly magical getaway for our family of 5 with kids--ages ranging between 12 and 17 years. The word “perfect” doesn't quite do justice to the AMAZING time we had. The staff were remarkable—not only were they professional and attentive, but they were warm, friendly and genuinely cared to make our stay comfortable and truly special. Each member of the team contributed to our memorable vacation, and we cannot thank them enough for their exceptional hospitality. Grazie mille to every one of you! The facilities were immaculate and tastefully designed, providing the utmost in comfort and elegance. Our apartment was spotless and beautifully appointed, ensuring a relaxing retreat after each day’s adventures. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and comfort was noticeable and appreciated. Situated in an idyllic location, the villa offered breathtaking views of olive trees and vineyards that made every moment feel like a postcard come to life. Whether we were exploring the nearby attractions or simply enjoying the serene beauty all around us, the setting was perfect for creating unforgettable family memories. This was our fifth visit to Tuscany, and this time we chose this hotel. It’s a villa on a wine estate with wine tastings and a restaurant. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant twice and enjoyed it both times. The grounds around the villa are beautiful — perfect for sitting with an aperitivo and enjoying the view. There’s an outdoor pool and bike rentals, plus a large parking area. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with a great minibar and local wine. Daily cleaning was provided. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was modest but enough to start the day. The only issue was the sewage smell in the bathroom. The bathroom looked newly renovated with modern finishes and brand-new fixtures, but it seems there’s a deeper issue with the plumbing. The housekeeping staff should remember to close the bathroom door after cleaning, because otherwise, when you return to the room in the evening, the whole place smells of sewage.

Good service, delicious breakfast and lunch. Our apartment was 4-5 km further from the hotel, although it was clearly written in the description, we were not careful, but since we had a car, it was not a problem. The hotel area was very good, it had an electric car charging station, which was free, and the pool was also very good, big and clean. The apartment had all the amenities, but since it was on the first floor, a lot of insects came in. But still, it was located in a very beautiful area, the nature was very beautiful. The bathrooms were freshly renovated and there were all the amenities, and there was enough water in the kitchen for everyone.

This hotel was more than exceptional! It is situated in a gorgeous region of Tuscany - the view was simply breathtaking! Our room was one of the best rooms we've stayed in and we've traveled a lot. And the staff - we felt more like family than visitors in our two night stay. We had dinner at the hotel on our first night and it was absolutely delicious - and we felt like a king and queen by our waitress. Our stay at this amazing hotel is one that will be dear to our heart for years to come. I truly recommend this hotel to any couple visiting this gorgeous area of Tuscany!

Boutique hotel situated near the vineyards with an amazing view of the rolling hills. Dinner at hotel was one of the best we had in Italy.

This hotel has a lot of potential to be even better. Some of the misses at this place - was that I had requested for some activities to be planned ahead for my husband’s birthday which they agreed but only to find out that they couldn’t fulfill them when we were onsite. They also recommended us to go to a thermal spa one of the days which was closed when we arrive - it was a wasted trip made.

I wish I could give higher scores than 10. 1. The location is like in the movies. So romantic. With beautiful trees and flowers. Peaceful and quiet. 2. The owner and the staff perfect. Kind and polite. 3. The room exactly the one in the picture. Majestic. Elegant. Spacious. Clean and new. The beds comfortable. The air-conditioning in room and all building areas perfect. The view from the room perfect. The bath perfect. Barrier free for the handicapped. The windows have mosquito net which is perfect. 4. Elevator for the handicapped. 5. Parking. 6. Pool amazing with few steps down from the hotel area. Not deep and not shallow. You can swim the whole day. Clean. Enough umbrellas and chairs. 7. Breakfast perfect. Toast sandwiches with a toaster. Egg pancakes. Fresh bread. Tomato. Mozzarella. Ham. Salami. Jam. Honey. Butter. Milk. Fruit juice. Cornflakes. Yogurt. Fresh fruits. Fruit salad. Cappuccino and coffee. They also have a basket with gluten-free items. 8. Lunch and dinner. A nice menu with different types of Pici. Try their tagliatelle with Truffles and Raviolis with extra fried zucchinis. They also have ice cream which is not on the menue. Overall, we had such a good time that we decided to stay three nights more.

Villa was beautiful surrounded by vineyard and a lush green landscape, inside was beautifully furnished and our room was huge and comfortable. The restaurant served first class meals and the Manager Saverio and the Villa Staff were excellent, professional and friendly. We had 4 wonderful nights at The Villa and left feeling more like friends than guests. Aquaviva is stunningly beautiful and befitting this quality establishment. Thankyou Severio and Staff.

Stunning, peaceful location close to Montepulciano, fabulous full breakfast, luscious views.

The rooms weren't quite as "bougie" as we were expecting (considering the price), and there were certainly no 'extras'. Going in winter also means a much more diluted experience — the hotel is quiet, the pool is closed, the lovely outdoor seating wasn't much use, the winery was under construction. Can imagine this would be a dream in summertime, but maybe pricing should be adjusted to reflect the lesser winter offering.

After our wonderful stay last year, we chose Relais Villa Grazianella for our current vacation as well (this time with friends) and once again, we are delighted with the enchanting ambiance, the beautiful hotel grounds, the exceptionally friendly staff, the very good room amenities, the high-quality food, and the comfortable hotel location (close to Montepulciano, Pienza, and the many other picturesque towns and landscapes of Tuscany). We had another fantastic time at the Relais and are already planning our next stay there. A heartfelt thanks to the entire team of the breathtaking Relais for the great service and exceptional hospitality! We loved every minute here! The Villa is stunning, very well kept up, gorgeous gardens..and the views, stellar! Our spacious room, bed/pillows was very comfortable, large shower/bathroom with windows that opened up to the Tuscany hillside. Breakfast very morning was scrumptious. The attention to detail is impeccable. The flower gardens are stunning. We spent time at the pool, had dinner one evening outside watching the sun set. 5*'s to Saverio, General Manager, Francesca/utterly amazing Restaurant Lead Server and the entire team. They all made us feel like family. We look forward to our next visit and recommending to anyone we know going to Tuscany.
