We had an unforgettable stay at this charming and cozy place. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with grace and warmth by the wonderful owners, whose refined sense of style is reflected in every corner of the property. This estate, once their private home, beautifully carries the spirit of a lived-in, loved space — elegant, thoughtfully designed, and filled with personal touches that create a truly homely and luxurious atmosphere. The interiors are impeccably styled, with great attention to detail, blending comfort and sophistication. The garden is a true gem — lush, meticulously maintained, and full of peaceful corners perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or losing yourself in a good book. The pool area is another highlight, ideal for relaxing and unwinding under the sun. Each morning, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts made with care from fresh, high-quality ingredients, accompanied by some of the best coffee we’ve had on our travels. This place has a unique, almost magical energy that made us feel completely at ease — like time had slowed down. We left feeling rested and inspired, and we’re already looking forward to returning next spring.

This place is simply amazing. Its low profile elegance makes this place unforgettable. The feeling of being pampered in your friend's chic country house, lingering around iris flowers, roses bushes, sipping wine while gazing at a tremendous tuscan sunset... it's an experience I do recommend to everyone. Rooms are comfy and silent, breakfast is exquisite (with a vegan offer as well) the pool has a vintage allure which is fantastic and the owners... one wishes they would become your best friends. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Everything about our stay here was absolutely AMAZING! The property is stunning, the owners are the sweetest people. The breakfast was delicious! Absolutely no complaints about our stay here! Their dog leah is also adorable and even walked us to dinner which the owner arranged for us upon our late arrival to the property!

This was a truly magical place to stay, in every way. The property is gorgeous and huge. Every corner is special, from the rose garden to the beautiful pool overlooking the valley to the front yard overlooking the sunflower fields. There are many places to sit outside and enjoy the Tuscan countryside. The interior is filled with treasures and you feel right at home. The entire place is *incredibly* clean; we even saw the cleaning crew deep cleaning the windows our first morning. Our room was nice with a huge bathroom. We participated in a cooking class with Simonetta which was a highlight of our entire trip. She lets you choose an antipasto, primo, secondo and dessert from many options and has wine on site that you can purchase by the glass or bottle, during the cooking class and for dinner. You can also bring your own wine for a small corkage fee. Our group had so much fun with Simonetta, who has a great sense of humor and is a welcoming, kind host along with her husband Guido. The breakfast is wonderful, with lots of options from savory to sweet and a fresh-baked vegan cake made by Simonetta. It's lovely to sit on the patio and enjoy breakfast before lounging by the pool and visiting nearby Cortona at night. The icing on top of the cake was their dog Leah, the perfect lab. And the sunsets. We only wish we had been able to stay for longer and are dying to go back. If you're looking to explore many different villages and towns in Tuscany, this is the perfect base.

Nothing! Truly a gem.

Simonetta worked hard to keep us well fed and happy. The location was rural but we really enjoyed the peace and quiet and it is only around a 25 minute drive to Cortona and there is a great restaurant a short walk along the road. Simonetta also cooks delicious vegetarian meals on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. A bonus for us was Lea the dog who joins you for walks and sits with you. A very clean property with a lovely balcony, garden and pool area. A gem of a place to stay.

we liked and enjoyed every single thing about Casa Bellavista. starting from the location, to the wonderful hosting, the beautiful house, cosy room and the great food. Simonetta is really kind and willing to help and provide information about whatever we needed or asked.

Simonetta is an amazing host! The property is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable with all the amenities. Great location. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a wonderful, relaxing home base while exploring Tuscany.

Simonetta is such a wonderful host. Funny, worm and helpful. We also took her cooking class which was fun and tasty. The bed is comfy, bathroom is excelent and the view is amazing. We will defenetly come back.
