I spent one night at this hotel and honestly, everything exceeded my expectation. The room was cozy, clean, and had just the right atmosphere for a relaxing and private getaway from the bigger cities in Tuscany. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place made it easy to unwind and enjoy the moment. When I arrived I got an upgrade for the room, which I highly appreciated. I’d especially like to thank someone from the team, I believe her name started with a W (but I’m not totally sure anymore what her name is) for making this stay a great one. She could answer all my questions I had (I had some difficult ones but she really did her best to answer them all, which I appreciated) and made sure I had a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-run place to stay.

If I had to mention one small downside: the walls were quite thin, I could hear the neighbors coughing sometimes in the middle of the night, but it didn’t ruin the experience :)

Wonderfully friendly and welcoming staff, willing to accommodate dietary needs. Hotel was very clean and the room was a good size. Ability to use the pool at the other location was great and the spa was amazing. Food at dinner was delicious.

The only thing I would improve was the choice of food for vegetarians/people who don't eat meat. Given the hotel markets itself as a wellness hotel, I was surprised at the limited range fruit and vegetables on offer and the fact there was no fish option at dinner.

Very kind hotel owners – it’s a family: grown-up children and their mother. They truly care for their guests as if they were part of the family. The place is very peaceful and pleasant. We had both breakfast and dinner there. There’s parking available near the hotel. There’s also a small rooftop pool with sun loungers – and the view over Tuscany is breathtaking. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. If you’re looking for an affordable and quiet place – this is the one.

The hospitality of the staff and they’re cleaning of the facilities make it worthwhile attending the hotel Del Boro wellness and medical spa. Initially we took on the hotel because of its right however with the use of its facilities the spa the massage and the steam room it was truly worthwhile visit to the hotel. I cannot comment enough on how friendly every team member was about customer service. I own a business myself and I wish and I hope that this country feel which entered my soul at the business can be continued in my own back home in Australia.

I really can’t say what I don’t like about the property because the positive attributes are so great. Maybe the location was not ideal but then the processing would be much more expensive. I took the most benefit from the facilities and enjoyed my experience immensely.

I travel a lot through Europe and spend the night in the most diverse locations. This trip took me to the beautiful town of Chianciano in picturesque Tuscany. When I arrived after a long journey, I did not expect to end up in a Wellness & Medical Spa, but it was the case. A beautiful and beautifully decorated building in a picturesque street. Upon entering the bright and beautifully decorated hall, there is a view of the restaurant and bar, which with the right guests can lead to pleasant and atmospheric moments. The welcome from the brother and sister who operate the hotel was friendly and service-oriented. There is a swimming pool in the building and outside the village the hotel even has a swimming pool that can be reached by (electric) bicycle. My room was correctly and equipped with a good bed, sufficient cupboards and an excellent bathroom with more than enough clean towels and everything you need to freshen up in case you lose everything along the way. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel you will find several restaurants, interspersed with ice cream parlors and pizzerias with cozy terraces. The atmosphere in the evening was very pleasant. A wonderful destination for business travelers like me. However, this location, which is 15 minutes away from the motorway, also serves as an excellent base for discovering this beautiful part of Tuscany for couples or groups who enjoy cycling, walking and a challenging search for delicious wines on their To Do list. During my visit, all my additional wishes were met and I therefore have nothing to complain about my stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful. There is nearby parking available for guests, that made our stay much easier. Breakfast was basic but good, nice surprise… proper coffee machine 🙂. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. Good value for money.

The rooms are bit dated however most of the hotels at this region are old.

Country side swimming pool was fabulous! Staff was also very friendly.

The staff was very friendly, very helpfull. The SPA pool was very good with different kind of streams. They made us eay breakfas packages for our early train. Very good expierience.

The hotel has 2 swimming pools. One on the last floor and one 2km away from the hotel that is simply magnificent. The size of the pool 2km away is large, quiet, clean, with showers and changing rooms (separate for men and women). The view of the hills is outstanding. The location of the hotel is strategic if you wanna visit Montepulciano(15 min by car) or Montalcino (45 min). Staff and owners were all very kind and friendly. Good value for money.

The room is without a/c and the weather was extremely hot during our stay. The provided fan didn't help as much as we'd like. The city of Chianciano itself appeared too quiet for our liking despite the fact that we visited during the peak season, seems like the golden times in that area have passed unfortnately. Wishing the owners all the best with hopes the area will get busy again!

Great staff, very helpful, knew english. The place was quite, clean rooms and we really liked the panoramic pool near the hotel around 2 kms. Recommend it !
