Beautiful location, the gardens are stunning! It was easy to find. Was perfect spot to stay for the wedding I attended a little ways away. Staff was very friendly and helpful, some didn't speak English but worked with you to make sure you had a good stay. Very patient. Restaurant was amazing!

If you're in the interior rooms after a certain hour the outside doors are locked. So you have to ring in. Which is great that they had someone available, I just felt bad waking him up.

The rooms were really comfortable with a great bathroom. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and were so generous giving us lots of dishes to try - for free. The restaurant and bar facilities were terrific and great value.

It was amazing the owner and his family went above and beyond, maybe just a softer pillow !

The location was gorgeous. The staff was very attentive and supportive of requests. We required minimal interaction, but the interaction we did have was enjoyable.

My room was simple, clean and had everything I needed. The safe had got blocked but the owner gave me the key so I could use it until he was able to sort it out. Good breakfast and they cooked me something special as I have a dairy issue. I stayed here as I was visiting a friend just up the road but Bettolle is also a good place if you want to travel around this part of Tuscany - it is close to Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, etc.

The lighting in the room was a bit of a problem. The room itslef is quite dark, and the only big lamp in the room didn't work, although they changed the bulb once.

Lovely place. Delicious breakfasts - wide range of Italian pastry, English breakfast made fresh at request. In the evenings the restaurant was filled with local people, served not only realy tasty food but also a glance at Italian life :) The room was spotless and cleaned every day. Very nice place. Stuff was very kind and informative. The room was awesome - we had place for everything. We liked seating outside in the evening to enjoy the place. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely return.
