Given the price I was offered (and it probably was a very good deal), my stay in the hotel was simply amazing. The breakfast was great for Italian standards, the room well isolated and no noise from the street would come through. Parking available, safe and free. The staff helpful, patient and understanding. A good place to rest, but nothing fancy of course. I would certainly recommend as a solid, reasonably priced stop on a way to any of the nearby highlights.

The room's walls were a little thin, so you could be listening to your neighbour's TV. Not an issue if they're alright and respectful, but you could be less lucky. Well, this cannot be fixed easily, but just have that in mind. Other than that - all good!

We stopped off here one night on the way through Tuscany. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Lovely balcony to relax on with a spectacular view over the surrounding countryside. Beautiful rooftop pool with views on all sides (unfortunately the weather was too chilly for us to go for a dip) Lovely, friendly owner and staff. Buffet breakfast including homemade cakes and excellent coffee. Onsite parking. Excellent value for money.

If you don't have transport it's a little distant from the main attractions in the area.

Everything! We wanted a day off from the long drive we were on back to the UK from Sicily and this hotel was the prefect choice. The rooftop pool with plenty of sunbeds was perfect for a relaxing afternoon in the sunshine. In the hotel, our room was big and comfortable and the fresh fruit in the bowl was a nice touch. As we have found during our numerous hotel stays, breakfast can be hit and miss, but here it was varied and plentiful and set us up for the day. Parking is always a concern for us, being in my own car and not just a hired one, and here the car park was free and safely underground, unlike some of the other places we've stayed where they've charged €20 or even €30 per night to park!! All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and we hope to return when we do the journey again next year and stay a little longer. In particular, the manager was very friendly and hospitable, and I'd like to thank him for taking the time to explain about the barrel rolling festival in Montepulciano. We watched it together on TV in the lounge. Very interesting.

“I had a pleasant experience at this hotel in Tuscany. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Also, the cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. Overall, however, we had a great time and would recommend this place for a peaceful stay in Tuscany.

The only aspect that could be improved is the bathroom, which was a bit outdated and in need of some renovations.

Very good value for money, great breakfast! The persons that work there are kind and honest. Even privacy regulations are well respected and permission is asked to use personal details for various purposes which you can authorize or not. Very relaxed atmosphere. Yes, it is a bit old, but it’s logical for this price. 👍 All round very good.

The owners were there at the front desk to greet us and help arrange our terme visit. They provided afternoon Apertivos and suggested we sit in the sun on the rooftop deck! They were super helpful and the breakfast buffet was well done each morning!

It was all good.

Breakfast was good, not only sweet things like often, also eggs and ham and cheese with toasts. Also pastries and yoghurt. Very nice view from the roof. Unfortunately the pool was closed (or I think so because it looked so dirty). Good bed. Overall good for this price.

Room was very small but it was expected since I booked one person room.

The staffs were really great!! They were so helpful with everything. Chianciano terme is good as a base for sightseeing the surrounding areas but the town feels really dead. I hope more people visit it so the town gets revived soon. Breakfast was ok, its the standard breakfast with cereals croisannts fruits etc There is air con in the room so you can decide how cold or warm you want the room to be

I couldnt open the shutter to the balcony so I couldnt see any view from my room. The toilet light was spoilt too but it didnt bother me, I just used the mirror light which was bright enough. Just realised i forgot to inform the staffs about this that the light needs to be changed. If any staff is seeing this, I think my room was 303?

The location was very good with possibility of parking. The hosts had been very nice and welcoming, helping us in order to give directions, keep a big prosciutto I bought in their cantine, and even printing us the thermal bath tickets with hotel discount. Very appreciate their hospitality.

A great place to relax while taking in the unique landscape of southern Tuscany. We particularly liked the rooftop swimming pool and solarium area. It was also great to have a balcony to soak up the evening sun. The breakfast offered sufficient choices. An evening meal is available, but we didn't try it as the Pizzas at Rosso Vivo (5 mins walk along the SP 146) were so excellent. We most definitely plan to return and stop a little longer

The WiFi never seemed to work properly. A bathroom refit with shower cubicle instead of curtain would be welcome
