Our stay at this accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The place was clean and well-maintained and the staff were incredibly kind and professional throughout our entire stay. We were especially impressed by the beautiful outdoor pool and the specious garden which provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The view of the surrounding nature was absolutely stunning and added a special charm to our experience. This accommodation will remain a truly wonderful memory for us and we would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended! :)

Oh my goodness, this place was absolutely stunning! The restaurant served some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had. The rooms were gorgeous, clean, and comfortable, and the value for money was incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was a truly tranquil setting, with nothing to complain about. We absolutely loved our time here!

The facilities were excellent. The location is brilliant. You look out from the hotel over the iconic Tuscan landscape and some of the notable photogenic spots are within 10 mins drive. It is walking distance to San Quirico D"Orcia and 20 mins drive of Montelcino and Montepulciano. Parking is horrendous in any of the hill top towns. There is an excellent restaurant next to the hotel for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is in the hotel itself and was excellent.

Stunning views. The superior room with the terrace over the valley view was absolutely beautiful. Views from the pool also lovely. Good range of food at breakfast with extremely helpful and courteous member of staff. Both the salt bath experience and the massage were excellent. Super clean everywhere. Lovely comfortable bed and bed linens. Fantastic location for Val d’Orcia.

The on-site restaurant menu for lunch and dinner was not good for vegetarians, also there were not many healthy interesting options although the view from the dining terrace was sublime!

Breakfast was great. Service was very good. The village was close and very beautiful. We especially liked the sculpture park and museum.

Although the room itself was nice, because the hotel was call "panoramic rooms" we were expecting a view over the pool and landscape but we had a view over the neighbouring house. The road to walk to the village was a bit scary because there was no sidewalk and it was very busy.

The location couldn't be better. 300 metres from the village, overlooking the Belvedere and valley at the rear. The rooms were excellent, the breakfasts equally so. The pool area was immaculate and maintained to a very high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything negative to about the place ....so I won't. We all loved the place.

The rooms were comfortable clean and spacious . The bathroom was great with a large shower . The bed was comfortable.. we especially loved our terrace with a view over the valley . All the staff from housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. We did take advantage of the wellness center. The pools , saunas and salt room were the perfect answer for relaxation after a month of travel . The location is absolutely perfect. The surrounding beauty is indescribable. And all the beautiful hill towns nearby are easily accessible.

Everything was perfect

This is a first class destination resort that has everything when could want. It felt a little formal and her and the people at the desk seemed overworked. But the most amazing thing happened when we ask directions to a gas station, an employee who was not on his working shift, told us to follow him, he would take us all the way to this gas station! Wow, we were amazed! But! That’s not all. When we left, my husband forgot to put his credit card away, and they notified us several hours later, as soon as it was found. We asked them to destroy it which they did, and there were no charges made on that card. We were amazed and reassured!

At first the atmosphere felt a little formal, but then we loosened up. We also found that when people came into their rooms, the scraping of the furniture on the tile floors was very noisy

Location was amazing and staff very friendly. Sunbeds around the pool are a real treat! Would definitely recommend staying here if you're exploring Val d'Orcia.

More salty options for breakfast would be great, there were no vegetables at the buffet. We didn't like the rule of obligatory swimming cap for the outside pool.

Breakfast-they ran out of food and had only one empty taking care of many -many tables. Tables were not bussed, so we had to locate an empty table find our own napkins znd our own flatware. If you have accommodations for a large number of people, then the breakfast services should be equivalent, and you certainly my should hire more than one person to do the job of three or fou!!!!!
