If you want to get an impression of what a real Tuscany looks and feels like, this is the place for you to stay in - this accommodation exceeded our expectations! The hosts, Carolina and Paolo, were amazing, very friendly and made us feel welcome all the time. Carolina even recommended us some great places to eat in the towns close by. Our apartment was big and clean, the breakfast was delicious (the eggs from Carolina's hens especially!), and the whole property is simply beautiful. A real Tuscan paradise!

We have stayed in the house of Paolo and Caroline for almost three weeks. We have never felt more welcome then at this place. It is a well renovated traditional Italian house with nice and very clean rooms. Every morning we were woken by the smell of fresh bread and we were treated like kings by Paolo and Carolina. The house, the pool, everything is beautiful and clean. There is also a lot to see and do in the surrounding area and Paolo and Carolina are gladly willing to point to you the hidden gems in Toscane and Umbria. We had three perfect weeks, and are really thankful to Paolo and Carolina for having us at this please. This accommodation is by far the best i’ve booked in the recent years. Will come back for sure.

Nothing, We liked everything

The owners are very nice and attentive, always happy to help. They are very devoted to the place! The room was very tidy with a convenient bed and looks like a freshly renovated place. It matches its description well. The price is very fare. The breakfast is amazing each morning, well served by the owners and home-made!

Regarding the location, the villa is a bit tricky to find in first, but the owners can send coordinates .and location just to make it clearer and easier to find the place The villa's general location is excellent, situated between Rome and Florence. It's ideal for those looking to explore southern and central Tuscany. However, travelers planning to visit the northern part of the region, such as Lucca and Volterra, should expect longer journeys, especially round trips. Still worth it!

This small B&B in heart of Tuscany really deserves its high rating and is a very good price for value. It was an experience to stay in this old, charming rural house in Tuscany, and get introduced with its very nice hosts Carolina and Paolo. We loved lovely morning swim, beautiful house and its surroundings, liked delicious breakfasts. It was special to eat Carolina's hens eggs. Carolina really cares her guests, is authentically kind and pleasant in communication. She is also attentive - she really cared that every our wish would be fullfilled as well as possible. I love tea, and it was very cozy to drink tasty herbal teas in room every evening, and there was even a lovely jar with some nice biscuits. This place will be highly appreciated by guests, who want to see a real Tuscany and meet kind Italians.

The setting is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, there is a lovely communal sitting room with a fridge. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to relax in and the pool is very nice. Carolina and her partner are super friendly, communication with them is very easy and they serve a very nice breakfast.

There is no airconditioning, but a thermal heating/cooling system. In the summer heat, that doesn't manage to really keep the rooms cool, though, so dealing with the heat was definitely more difficult than if there had been airconditioning.

Carolina and Pablo were excellent hosts. The breakfast was very nice, with several options. The little house was very comfortable for our family of four, with two rooms so we had plenty of space, with beautiful surroundings and views. The pool is a plus in the property, so you can take a very nice dip during your stay. Several restaurants are close to the property, so you can have very nice culinary experiences. The town of Chiusi is beautiful, we were able to take a very nice wine and olive oil tour in a close "azienda". We also visited other tows in the Toscana, like Montepulciano and Siena. For our first time in the Toscana was a very nice experience, hope to come back!

Beautiful, Italian villa situated on a small hill amongst majestic and old greenery. Wonderful owners will welcome you full of joy and smile. Amazing views all around, very nice and clean rooms. We felt very welcome and super well taken care of. We will definetely be back. Excellent location

- Despite thick walls unfortunately we could hear our neighbors leaving and entering their rooms loudly (probably the door wasn't blocking the sound enough). - Some tables in the dining room are very low and super uncomfortable to sit at (they are more like child height). It would be so much better if they could be replaced by something where the legs fit under. I saw other guests struggling with the sitting too

If you want to experience Tuscany like in an Italian movie then Al Giardino is definitely the place to choose. The location is absolutely fantastic, near an old small medieval village, surrounded by wine yards and olive trees. A big garden, a beautiful swimming pool, and a few farm animals. Amazing sunsets every evening. The hosts are so friendly, always helpful and will provide you with the best tips to visit the area. Fresh homemade cakes baked every day. The house is enterely renovated with modern bathroom but keeping at the same time a vintage style. Clean towels and bed sheets almost every day. A safe place highly recommended for a short or long stay.

Together with my girlfriend we've spent 3 amazing days in this charming place. 100% recommended. Hosts - They are very kind and always available in any case. They speak very good English. House - It is old XIX century farm house renovated with very good taste and with great attention to details. There are 4 (maybe 5) comfortable enough rooms available for the guests, overall vibe is very cozy. They are kept clean. There is beautiful garden that spreads all over the terrain and naturally separates swimming poll from the rest of the place (it looks better in real than in the pics). Breakfasts - According to your preferences, hosts can serve it in the garden to your dedicated table. Corenetti, jam, egs, ham, cheese, cake, yogurt, cereals, juice, coffee and probably more if you want. Place is pet friendly, you can find local cats, dogs, chickens and goats :)

The B&B is wonderful maintained by Paolo. The garden, the pool, all perfect. Breakfast very well taken care of, we felt spoiled. Carolina had auch good suggestion for things to do in the neighboorhood and restauranta. we rented the 2 bedroom appartment and had a great view ob Montepulciano. Italy as it should be! Carolina’s cakes and biscotti were just perfect!

it would be good if the windows had mosquito nets. during our stay due to rain there were a lot of mosquito’s so nets would help. the place is close to railwat, so you would hear the trains but this did not bother us as we were mainly visiting the area. But these are small details. It would not stop us from visiting again. thank you Carolina and Paolo!
