The beauty of the scenery. It is so serene and relaxing. The thermes and gardens. We also really liked our room, the spa area and the gym. Those are absolutely worth going and we will be back.

We weren’t impressed by the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) . Overrated and not enough selection for a longer stay. We were also surprised to find so few tuscan traditional dishes. Another minus was the fact that we booked a room with balcony but the balcony had lots spiders web and spiders and whilst it was written garden view, in reality it is backyard view on the bushes. So booking a balcony room wasn’t worth it for us.

The property, The spa, The massages by Sabrina, The hot pools, The great staff were all fantastic. Air conditioning worked well. A Very Good stay.

The bed pillows were dreadful and should be updated. The restaurant food not of the standard we expected from Leading Hotels Brand and dinner doesn’t start till 8pm but understand the hotel caters more for a half board guest situation rather than top quality dining. The cost per night is high, but we would return here if price was right, even if just to use the hot pools and spa facilities.

The thermal spa facilities at the Hotel were exceptionally good. They were varied, open all day, very clean and well serviced by staff, both for towels, accessories and safety. All of the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and provided us with the exact information we required to get the maximum benefit from the spa waters. The hotel staff were similarly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel drivers who undertook our transfers to and from Florence Airport to the hotel were particularly good: friendly, informative, polite and very safe drivers.

It hard to find anything that we did not like. The only downside for us was that at the weekends, the Spa facilities were particularly busy, and much more noisy than during the week, when we had the advantage of staying during the Off Season.

The spa facilities and treatments were exceptional. The location was amazing as were our room which was an upgrade

A relaxed room service menu would have been appreciated plus availability at other times of the day. Plus regimented times for food were disappointing. Cafe food was available at the spa restaurant but we had to find that out for ourselves

Staff very friendly, thermal facilities very good, traditional Tuscan styling, lovely view and setting.

Having only one restaurant at dinner was limiting. No room service menu. Suggest having a casual menu for the bar (eg club sandwich, pizza). Not close to towns to go to alternate restaurants so very isolated. Our balcony room had a view of rocks so not so appealing for sitting outside - unless you smoke which we do not. Room felt a little bit tired and dated even though has had recent renovations or redecorations. No way to watch anything in English on the in room TV. Not everyone who visits speaks Italian.

A truly unforgettable few days- incredible views of the idyllic countryside from our room windows and from the thermal pools, really excellent massages , comfortable and spacious beds , beautifully appointed rooms. The staff were welcoming and did their utmost to make our stay special, including upgrading our room on check in which was a lovely surprise. The food was excellent and the thermal pools and saunas unbeatable for relaxation

The hotel is wonderful, the room is big and clean, the bed is very comfortable. we got water everyday abd service is nice. Breakfast is rich and delicious.

The balcony doesn't look that good and not clean. We were disappointed of the dinner which offered small diversity of vegetarian food and tiny dishes. The service there wasn't good enough.

Thermal pools, cold pools, sauna, steam room, salt room, etc. An amazing array of wellness activities! So much to do and look forward to. Loved being able to wear dressing gowns to breakfast, lunch, etc. Comfy room and bed!

Meal options could have been more extensive / inviting. Coffee wasn't great. Steak was overcooked when we asked for rare, etc. Service also could've been better - not reflective of the price.

The place is nice, very well maintained. Spa and pools are excellent, super clean and absolutely enjoyable.

Breakfast was good however the waiting staff at the bar/restaurant could have been a little bit more attentive

Nice location, good skilled physiotherapists in the SPA

Very crowed SPA aria, it is not reasonable to spend the room price to be not able to come to SPA facilities (sauna, salted room etc) because there are too many people on intraday ticket
