Well positioned and comfortable (second) room. Excellent restaurant, with great terrace table, probably best to book.

Our 2 night room had been given to others in error by the hotel. First room had poorly functioning a/c and had a poor night. Complained but was made to feel as if it was our fault, though resolved with good second room

This was a charming small hotel within walking distance to the restaurants. Beautiful views of the lake.

Stairs might be bothersome to carry luggage upstairs

Great location and very welcoming and hospitable staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent with fresh sweet and savoury options and the restaurant had excellent views across the lake. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Nice communal lounge and rooftop areas to enjoy the views. Overall, very satisfied.

No lift to hotel rooms located the third floor which may be an issue for anyone with a pram or access issues (or heavy suitcases). Decor was a little outdated all in good condition.

We liked the location of the hotel which is on the main road of the city. There are stores and restaurants nearby. It's a walking distance to the lake. The room was clean and despite it being on the main road, the windows are double glazed so you don't hear noises. The hotel has a good restaurant with a view overlooking the lake and most times it's fully booked so reservation is recommended.

I am more of a savoury fan so I didn't have many options to choose from at breakfast.

The hotel was in the heart of the historic centre. It offered beautiful views of the medieval centre and from the rooftop terrace, spectacular views of the lake. The piazzas were quiet n the morning but were lively in the late afternoon and evening when people gathered for drinks and food. Never too noisy though. The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Gorgeous meal with lots of local specialties. The buffet breakfast offerings were varied and so delicious. The hotel is in a perfect location with easy access by walking to the beach and the ferry. It was a perfect weekend getaway. I would come back in a heart beat.

Location great and exceptionally clean hotel. Staff nice. The lovely lady who did breakfast, she was warm and kind. Breakfast a good buffet. Lovely garden overlooking the lake.

Room 3 the shower goes from warm to then scolding hot and makes a funny noise. 4 flights of stairs. Rooms quite clinical and functional no charm.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice view of the lake. Quiet yet we are close to shops and restaurants. Free parking is just outside of the gate.

Our room is on the third floor with no elevator but not a big deal for us.

the room is very basic. No coffee facilities. The only street where you can park for free is a very steep street.

This little castel has all you need: great view, restaurants and shops. The hotel has a restaurant downstairs that offers a terrace and a wide breakfast buffet. The employees are very friendly and take good care of the guests. try to get a room with see view!

parking is only nearby and the hotel rooms are in the second floor with no elevator but when doesn’t have a huge suitcase, it’s just fine since the stair way is wide and comfortable.
