Great location, very spacious setup of rooms. Good access to all nearby sights, hiking trails. Facilities (garage parking, laundry) super convenient. Small supermarket nearby, decent restaurant next door. Very clean apartment. Ladies doing the checking in spoke little English but sent instructions with pictures etc., which was effective. Really good value for money.

Beautiful place, Lago Carezza 15min by walk, other places easily reachable by bus (2min from accommodation). Perfect comunication, very nice and helpful staff! I recommend this accommodation.

appartment was perfectly clean, the whole facility is well maintained, there is plenty of contents for kids, private garage with direct access to the appartment building, host is very friendly and helpfull. location also very good for guest coming for skiing as both ski centers are within 1-2 minutes drive

the only negative detail was appartment composition, one room and bathroom are on top floor, with other two beds on the lower floor, so those on bottom floor need to go through the room upstairs to use the toilette.

Two nice rooms and a kitchen. Felt roomy. The location is superb although close to a busy road.

No Wi-Fi which is strange, maybe due to mountainous location. The kitchen was not particularly well kitted out.

The staff were lovely and really helpful. The apartments were exactly what we required and are close to the Carezza ski resort

We had a wonderful stay, the staff were very friendly and made as feel welcome, also the hotel was very clean and smelled so nice. We loved the view of the mountain from the balcony. We will visit again.

Cute place. Can see its potential as a nice place to stay for longer as it has kitchen amenities and decent space.

If arriving late, ask for the access code to get into property before you arrive. As well as where to park. We were lucky that there were guests around to let us in. Probably there was a miscommunication as we received the details only later.

The property located 5 minutes from the lake by car. and on the main road. our room was very nice', 2 floors - 1 for living room and kitchen and 1 for sleeping and shower. kitchen was well equipped; basement was full of fun games and things to do. good coffee machine
