Everything is beautiful. We stayed in two suites one suite has one king bed and two single beds and other suite has on king bed and 3 single beds. Each suite has 3 bathrooms and sitting area and balcony with nice view to the swimming pool and garden. Also there are swimming pool, sona,SPA, herbal SPA, Steam Sona and cold. There are two delicious meals breakfast and dinner .It’s really great hotel located uphill in the mountain and very quiet and very safe. The hotel team are very welcoming, friendly, smiling and cooperative.I am strongly recommended this hotel and will come back to this hotel

It’s moderate to high price. Drive safe uphill and downhill in mountain but the road is safe in summer, during winter you need to be careful about snow

Cons: overheated room without possibility of temperature regulation in the room, need to open the window at night, but then at 5 o'clock in the morning a truck with provisions arrives in the kitchen and wakes you up. Breakfast overall great, but for eggs you have to stand in line with one chef for the entire hotel, who can't keep up with everything, so those who don't want to stand in line will regret the eggs.

The biggest advantage of the Cristal in my eyes is the food and wine selection, simply amazing. Equally high on the advantage score chart: skiing in and out of the hotel - very comfortable, saves time and adds value. The room was alright, had a nice mountain view and was big enough to accommodate 3 of us (or 4 as originally planned). The wellness area, saunas, the pool are all OK and provide a nice after-ski relax. Overall good impression, not spectacular but I have come back after 19 years and wasn't disappointed.

Location is amazing with great views and a lot of green. The staff is really great too, attending to every need very fast. Room size surprised us with how big it was and very comfortable. Reallly loved the kids play room, it's amazing for families with young children. The food was great too, selection changes every day and they have great options for kids as well. The pool and sauna were also really great, clean, large and welcoming, the indoor-outdoor pool was great.

nothing major. The price is a bit high and the extra charges pile up. The service at dinners could be more efficient, we waited one evening for quite a while to get our order. The game hall (with the pool and tennis tables) can use some new equipment.

Rooms are too hot, we slept with an open window in cold winter.

Hotel is Cristal is excellent. We missed help with the luggage. "Take the trolly yyourselves" in 4 star hotel is not very inviting.

Excellent hotel! Dream location! The service at the hotel is great and the food is at a 5-star level!! The familty thatt runnes the hotel is super friendly a goes out of thier way to make every the stay perffect

The place is perfect for winter sports. The food was amazing, every day we are surprised. Very nice staff. Thank you very much to everyone.
