Wanderful and cozy hotel in the very beautiful village (I really encourage you to walk up to the church). One of the very few hotels there who worked at mid-season. Attractive entrance with fireplace, good restaurant (we had dinner and breakfast - they both were tasty). It was warm in the room, which was good taking into account weather outside. It is pet-friendly. We had a dog and were not extra-charged for it. So overall it exceeded our expectations and it was a wonderful stay in the middle of our trip in Dolomites.

In general it didn't influenced my overall mark, but still would like to mention: - when I booked a hotel I had few questions, which I asked during a booking (one was pretty important for our planning: when the dinner in the hotel ends). I didn't get ANY response to my questions. As a result [fortunately] we came 20 mins before the end of dinner, so had to go there in our outdoor cloth. - We booked a room for 4 adult people. There were 1 big bad and one "double-floor" sofa. It didn't seem so solid to keep an adult person on the "2nd floor", so we had to sleep 3 people in a bed and 1 in the "1st floor" of sofa. - Check-out time is 10am. It seems too early for me, comparing to many other hotels... Anyway we enjoyed the stay.

We asked for a quiet room and got one. The room was dated and in need of work, but roomy, with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Free parking out front. Staff were all friendly. The best thing was the food. We took the half board option and the food for both dinner and breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. It was really good value for that area.

The room needed work and it would have been good to have a fridge and proper glasses rather than flimsy plastic cups.

It was hard to reach in the dark during storm the staff had trouble understanding me in this but when they figured what I ment they did everything. Nicolas made my stay extra comfortable. Thank you for the cake! It is a cute cozy place to stay.

The walls are very thin, so be aware that it could be noizy for me it was not a big issue

Very good place, it is allowed to come with a cat. Hotel is in a good localization, has a big parking, the staff is really kind and helpful. Prices are affordable.
