Very cosy and beautiful hotel, with family touch which you can really feel in a lot of details. The food was really good with a la carte dinner choices, each dish was delicious. Staff was very friendly Spa area was nice The view from the room was wonderful Playroom for kids next to the dining area saved our meals.

One receptionist was not very helpful. The hiking kids backpacks were very old and in a very bad condition, it would be better not to count on them.

We loved our 5-day stay at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great choice of 3 various cushions for everyone's liking. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00, we recommend a fantastic freshly prepared omelette! The choice of food is ok, however, like almost everywhere in Italy, there is lack of fresh vegetebles except for slices of tomatoes :-(. The spa area comprises of 5 good saunas, two of them with a view to the mountains, and lots of space to rest on comfy beds afterwards. It is not allowed for children, which is really good, as you can rest in silence (only few guests did not respect this). We liked the outdoor pool with heated water and a marvellous mountain view! During the stay at the spa area (opened 2pm-8 pm) you have drinks (hot/cold water, blackcurrant juice, herbal tea and fruit tea) as well as fruit & nuts available. Bathrobes and (good quality) slippers are handed out at the reception for the whole stay. Fitness room is big and good, a number of machines, maybe not the newest ones but working. It would be great to have there paper towels to clean the machines after usage. A big advantage is a very well heated ski room with lots of handles for skiis and boots and benches to sit while changing the shoes. The hotel offers a possibility to keep your car in their own spacious garage for an extra cost of 8 EUR per day - a very good idea especially when it snows! The height of the garage is enough to get there even with a skiing box on a van. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the ski lifts, which - on another hand- saves you 8 EUR for the car park :-). In addition, we got free tickets for public transport for the time of our stay and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel!

A kettle in the room for boiling water/making tea would be really handy. A small minus is lack of possibility to eat a'la carte for dinner. The dinners are huge (several courses) but if someone does not like eating so much in the evening and spending 2 hours at a table, there is no possibility to order just a soup or a salad or anything else. As there are no restaurants in the close vicinity of the hotel, this is slightly troublesome.

We loved our stay here! The hosts were very helpful in planning our hikes and giving recommendations - along with being super friendly. The hotel is in such a beautiful spot with pedestrian only paths to Ortesei and the other neighbouring town each only 20 minutes! They also have a very cute Pomeranian called Chanel. Chanel we miss you very much and will be back to see you soon!

Nice location, easy parking, friendly, helpful front reception staff, clean room, good breakfast.

They tricked us into thinking they had black out curtains which are so nice and helpful for weary, tired travelers who want to sleep in a bit. They were merely an adornment that only covered a third of the window when we removed the tie. My husband and I chuckled at it, thinking maybe they should’ve thought that through a little more. Comfort is in the details! Overall a nice room though.

Great location, facilities and staff. Food was excellent and also catered well for vegetarian and gluten-free diets in our group. We drove and parked by the slopes for skiing but could have got the free shuttle also. Would definitely stay again!

Room was fairly basic for money paid. Would have preferred also to have tea and coffee facilities in room. Expensive daily car garage rate. Short drive from Cortina.

Good facilities with lots to keep you entertained even if you don't go out, but then you miss out on the mountain walks!

No in-room hot drink making equipment. No air conditioning in our room, it was very hot overnight even with the window open.

We loved this resort in the summer! Great location amazing facilities and really beautiful family run business. We hope to come back in the ski season and enjoy all the other amazing features of this warm and welcoming space.

This is the second time in two years we have stayed at the Diamant Spa Resort. Our entire stay here is always so relaxing. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The room is spacious and the food is wonderful. The staff is exceptional. My wife also used the spa for a facial which she loved. I would love to spend a month here.

The hotel made the trip ever worthwhile. Magnificent views all around, first time in Italy with my brother. The hotel was conveniently located next to a bus stop and was easy to get to. Access to the dolomites was only a bus journey away too. The breakfast and dinner service were Superb, staff are very hard working and very friendly. I am currently trying to get some gains and the gym was very good and I used it through the entirety of the stay. My overall experience was great and I would rate the hotel at 11/10. Almost forgot it's a hotel with a spa so I suppose 12/10. Hope this is helps

Everything was great, to be honest, but if I had to say it would be that ONE (closest one to the bath) of the two soap dispensers didn't have soap in it. Also pretty pricey I suppose but I justified it.
