The location is beautiful! The room was comfortable as well! It had a deck we could sit on. We opened the door at night for fresh mountain air! Breakfast had so much variety! Eggs, pastries, meats, cheese, salad, fresh fruit and juices and a coffee machine. Wonderful! The washer and dryer worked great. Great lobby for hanging out and getting work done. Free bus pass provided to cut down on the need to drive. I will book here again when I visit!

The flow of breakfast was cramped especially since the hotel seemed full.

Breakfast was amazing. We came for skiing holiday with 3 children. The breakfast bar was abundant and inviting. Children loved it, we loved it. Nice bistro bar, very good portions of food. The hotel is new and beautiful, easy access, underground parking, great ski and boots storage.

It’s a bit far away from st. Cristina centre..maybe possible to walk, but not with small children. Evening bus costs 5e for one. We had a car, so just drove around. No problem for skiing as there are ski bus stop just outside the hotel.

Great location and parking available on site. Breakfast was great! Rooms were spacious, good size for 2 people.

Quite uncomfortable over the summer as no air conditioning or fans. Even a small pedestal or desk fan would be appreciated. We left the windows open both nights although no breeze came through and one night a cat came into our room during the night - so wouldn’t recommend leaving window open! Staff didn’t give much advice about the area - felt we did alot of our own research.

A modern black-tree style hotel in an eye-catching setting. Fabulous location, lovely walking trails, nearby hiking opportunities. Breakfast was fantastic, huge choice, delicacies everywhere. The restaurant and staff were also 10/10. We went with a dog who was given a treat and the 4th floor was provided with green space.

Unfortunately the room did not have a balcony which we missed, the bathroom was nice and big, however the bed was very uncomfortable for me as the mattress was soft and my whole back hurt when I woke up. It was very stuffy, I think it should be replaced.

Very clean and modern hotel just off the main road in a beautiful area. The room was minimalist with no decorations or art. We found the beds were comfortable, the rain shower was great although the water runs into the bathroom leaving a wet bath mat. Breakfast was excellent with more choices than we could eat. We ate at the restaurant all three nights. Their salads are huge. There was even a Happy Hour one evening for all guests. The hotel provides a free bus ticket which is really convenient as the bus stops are very close. We took the bus into nearby Ortisei and then the cable cars. There is parking underground as well as a few spaces in front of the hotel and directly across the road. The WiFi was good but I needed to sign in again at times. The staff were very nice.

One pillow per bed was provided but I would have preferred another pillow. No full length mirror. The curtains need a liner to keep out light. Otherwise all was great.

Our stay at this modern and cozy hotel, located in a charming town with a rich history, was simply amazing! The hotel offers incredible views of the mountains and meadows, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity. One of the main highlights of this place is the numerous hiking trails. We took a beautiful walk to the waterfall, where we enjoyed stunning views, perfect for photos and relaxation in nature. Nearby the hotel, there is a cozy café with ice cream, where you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of the waterfall. The hotel turned out to be pet-friendly: they made gifts for our dog, which was very pleasant and unexpected. The breakfasts at the hotel were delicious and varied, making each morning special. This hotel is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beauty of nature, active leisure, and comfort. We will definitely come back here again!

The Property is in the most beautiful location just outside the city, but not to far. You can see the mountains and there is a little kids playground right around the corner. The breakfast had a huge variety and the dinner at the restaurant was very good. Including the Saslong punch! Everything was clean, laundry room was great, espresso available any time.

If I had to say anything I would say we couldn’t figure out how to control the temperature (we didn’t ask for help either) so it did get a bit warm. We opened the back door a little to let the cool air in and that was perfect. One other thing was we couldn’t let my kids watch tv because it was not censored. As we were going through the tv guide looking for some cartoons we came across some adult views. Other than that our stay was absolutely wonderful! Would stay there again.

Beautiful location with great, modern facilities and welcoming staff. Parking garage downstairs and spaces outside upstairs, very accessible if renting a car. The room was basic, but perfect for a few nights and the bed was lovely and comfortable. Plenty of charging points. Bathroom was great. The star of the stay was easily the breakfast - an amazing spread and included in the price! We had a great time.

The room has no AC, which I imagine isn’t a problem the majority of the year. Stuffiness of the room was easily rectified by opening up the balcony doors. Very minor issue.

The breakfast was amazing, with so many hot and cold choices. The coffee was excellent too. It was convenient that there was parking, laundry, and a restaurant on site.

The dryer kept stopping because the filter needed to be cleaned and this resulted in a loss of money. This was something we discovered after many failed attempts. It would be better if there was a sign posted about cleaning the filter before starting the dryer.

Breakfast was simply out of this world! Great spread, good quality food too, and laid out beautifully. Would come back again if only just for the breakfast. Room itself was spacious and comfortable, beds were great. Very quiet location, yet well connected with bus stops just next door. Restaurant served up a decent dinner too.

The shampoo they provided was a solid bar shampoo - kind of like a soap bar - not something we were used to. Other than that, nothing at all!
