Rooms was comfortable and tastefully decorated, food was delicious, and the pool and spa area was great. The staff was very friendly and assisted with any needs.

Everything was wonderful, but to make it better, they should have an egg station for breakfast where omelettes or fried eggs could be make to your desire. Also, the "bubble pool "in the adult area was cold. This should be hot.

Unfortunately the heating system of the swimming pools (internal + external) broke the first day we got there, so we could not enjoy the spa and the wellness center to its full potential (note that the structures in themselves are great, so it was a real pity). I think the hotel should have been more proactive in reimbursing guests for the inconvenience

The half board was very worth it. Pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable room - heated bathroom floor with heated drying rack, comfortable bed and blankets. Elegant views. The pool was nice. Wish we were able to use the spa.

The see through window to the bathroom was kind of awkward especially for a group of friends trip. But I know our room is meant to be for families.

Indoor/outdoor pool is amazing and there are good wellness facilities like hammam and sauna. Mountain views are awesome. Location is excellent. There is a bus stop few steps away and there is also a supermarket close by. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Excellent breakfast and dinner is exceptional. Overall highly recommended.

Minor maintenance is required, but nothing major that would effect your stay. Wifi reception was poor in our room.

We stayed in a Junior suite with balcony and the mountain view was amazing. Great room for the couples. We also liked 4 courses dinner, garage parking and a good bye present. Thank you and we are looking forward to come back one day.

Poor Wi-Fi. Two mattresses instead of one king size mattress.

Great location, you can walk everywhere and enjoy mountains, amazing food, stuff very friendly.

The menu set, just personally think the hotel can provide more localised food such as pizza pasta etc instead of set menu.

The mattress was not comfortable, it was too hard and it was two mattresses together rather than one for a double bed.

We liked the location Was quiter than nearby towns but still offered enough shops and restruants.

The hot tub was not hot.

Good hotel in mountain village. Service in hotel and restaurant is perfect. Perfect for stay during summer hiking. Underground parking.

As usual for Germany pillows can be better.
