We loved the fact the owner greated us on arrival personally, gave us good recommendations for our hike (saved us money on the chair lifts by going to quieter locations) We hadn’t realised how many spa facilities they had other than the pool and hot tub, which was a lovely touch after a long day hiking We loved the farm animals and the breakfast, and dinner was the most reasonably priced, yet amazing - a different menu each day which you get to see and pre order! They had all their awards listed dated back over ten years and this place you can tell has a lot of love put into it from the owners, and they want this to be a place that feels like a 5* hotel. It certainly exceeded all expectations We were so lucky to get a complimentary up graded to a room with a view and balcony - thank you!!

We couldn’t fault anything!

Amazing hotel with a stunning view of the dolomites! The staff were very attentive and polite especially Sandra and Barbara! Everything from the very clean and modern accommodations, excellent amenities and many activities, the Masseur Ronland also fantastic! Food was delicious with new menu's everyday and overall everything was just perfect! And so finally a big thank you the host Stefan and everyone for and unforgettable stay! P.s the Apfel Mela lecker!!!

The staff is amazing! Very thoughtful and nice!! They think about all the details. I loved the room and the view! The food for breakfast and dinner is amazing. The food available too and has a fair price. They gave me all the information for the buses I needed to go visit other places. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to Chiusa and to the Alps in Villandro. The structure of the hotel is amazing!. I have just good things to say. I totally recomend the hotel!

The view is stunning. The spa is good, sauna is very hot. Pool temp is good. Drinks are at reasonable prices. Salad buffet at dinner is good.

Some small things could be improved. The bugs in the pool could be removed timely, breakfast could have more wash dishes, indoor furniture and decoration is a bit old but fully functioned.

I cannot say enough good things about this magic oasis! The staff, kindness and most accommodating. The facilities, WOW loved our room, loved the dining room with our own table and delicious meals every single day. And the Sauna- WOW. The spa, pools all of it - beyond incredible. ANd the location - the views were just incredible!

The ride up to the hotel was breathtaking. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful with securing my motorcycle in the garage. Had was given all the information regarding the services and if I required dinner. My booking was a room with view at the back but was offerd a room at the front with the view of the mountain and picks. Excellent room with a balcony, very clean and high-speed of presentation, nice bathroom and shower well stoked with all of the toiletries. Went down to the dining room, my allocated table for the period of my stay was ready waiting . Dinner was exquisite, the waitress was very attentive . The owner mr Brunner told about different biking events and other information, including the wellness therapy services so I booked a massage for the next day, it was very relaxing very professional and very luxurious as it was the outdoors swimming pool . On checking out settled the bill and was gifted with a jar of marmalade locally produced, which I think it's a wonderful touch. Thank you I will definitely return for a longer period soon

The short stay.

The hotel is in a great location for hiking, I actually hiked to it from where I was before. When I arrived I was greeted by the owner with a drink, and after a quick shower I went for a swim and a soak in the hot tub, all with a view of the Dolomites. Dinner was very good as well and there's a rich breakfast buffet in the morning. Hourly bus connections (ticket included) to the town(s) below round it out.

Hard to say anything, blackout curtains in the rooms facing the parking lot might be appreciated; I didn't really mind much, but would've been nicer.

As soon as we stepped in we were given a "Welcome drink" on the house which was perfect after a few hours of driving and very tasty while the receptionist checked us in. We booked a room without a view and they upgraded us for free of course. This hotel has 2 jacuzzis - one outdoor and one indoor, an outdoor warmed swimming pool and 4 saunas, each one is a different type. They also offer massage therapy. The hotel serves a different soup everyday that you could take for free if you feel hungry. Our stay was very unique, pleasant and luxurious.

You have to be naked in order to get in the saunas. The hotel is pretty expensive but worth the value for one night.

upon arrival we were greeted by the owner. very personable and goes beyond to make sure you are happy and always accommodating to you needs. the property is beautiful and the food, both dinner and breakfast were delicious! and the views from this hotel will blow you away!! I would definately highly recommend tgis place!

absolutely nothing!

The view was astonishing. Lovely hotel, cozy room, excellent breakfast and dinner. Staff very helpful, they go beyond to make your stay perfect. The spa is very soothing after skiing in the Dolomites

The road is a bit scary, steep and narrow and icy early morning
