Superb breakfast with extensive choices; the bread, the butter, the ham&salami, the juice etc. We were very happy with the breakfast and the staff were helpful. The room was roomy, in good condition and clean. Comfortable bed and we slept like a baby. Perfect stay with comfort after a hiking trip in the Dolomites.

Got scammed over the message. I'm aware this is not directly the hotel's fault but using the platform you'd expect a level of security but it was infiltrated by scammers!!! Extremely frustrated even before arrival, otherwise it would have been a splendid experience. Slight smell of cigarette in the room despite smoking being prohibited. Could be due to the fact that we are right above the bar terrace.

A little too much people in the breakfast room at the same time. I was asked to leave my breakfast table after a while and sit in a corner of the room because it came more people. This could probably be managed better by the staff by making an assessment of needed breakfast space in correlation to amount of visitors at the hotel. I think it is a nice manner to let the customers stay at the same table throughout their breakfast, instead of making them move from their table. It is simply nice and decent manner. Beyond that, the breakfast was very nice and some adjustment toward "nice manner skills because of an assessment in needed space in relation to visitors" would make it absolutely delightful. A nice, privately owned hotel in Klausen off the Brenner highway. Mixture of long-term guests and those who stay the night for a travel break. Very pleasant room. We (family of four) had a junior suite with one king bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Slept well. Bath with shower and tub, toilet and bidet. One small separate room with coat rack, shelves and a safe. Very pleasant breakfast area, large variety of food choices, very tasty. Very courteous staff including the owner himself (or so it seemed).

Nothing much really. Some minor wear and tear (bathroom door needs some adjustment, shower hose slighly damaged), but everything was clean and working.

Great breakfast spread in the morning. We stayed in a newly renovated room and it was really quiet and cosy. Soundproofing was great, bed was comfortable!

The shower door is quite hard to open to get in and out of the shower. Not sure if it's unique to our room only.

Rooms are very clean and new. Easy and secure underground parking. Amazing staff and tasty, fresh breakfest. Beds and pillows were very comfortable also had a huge private terrace to enjoy drinks in the night. Also spa was a very good place to relax after a long day. Pet friendly.

Everything! The location was a good vantage point from Ortisei, Seceda, and Val di Funes (for Adolf Munkel hike) Absolutely INCREDIBLE breakfast (included) - better than the included breakfast at the 5 star hotel we went to next. Comfortable, firm bed We loved everything about our stay here 🥰

The room was big and comfortable, great for a family with kids, clean and nice. Great spa facility. Breakfast was ritch with a lot of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is 4 min walk from the little town center and restaurants. Very recommended

The shower did work so well, so he showered in the bath. We told them, and I guess it's specific in this room, can't tell about the other rooms

Excellent host who was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is perfectly located for quick and easy access to local amenities (5min walk) and also close proximity to shops/restaurants Scenic views too!

Beautifully decorated, helpful & friendly staff, fantastic facilities. Loved the spa, sauna & steam room. Secure parking with direct access to the hotel. Lovely family room. Decent shower. Enormous selection at breakfast. Loved the fruits, yoghurt, seeds & muesli - delicious!

The breakfast was very fresh, especially the freshly squeezed juice. The balcony had a view of the castle, church, and snow-capped mountains, which was beautiful. The local restaurants recommended by the hotel staff were great.
