It is very centrally located for what we planned to visit: Val Di Funes, and Ortisei - less than 30 mins drive to each. Our room has amazing view from the balcony. The host Gilda is very welcoming, always ready to help. On our last day, as we plan to leave early by 7am, 30 mins before the regular breakfast time, Gilda got up earlier than usual, just to prepare a nice warm breakfast ( omelette and coffee etc) for us, making us feel right at home. Her husband, even though he doesn’t speak English, was always trying to help. He toasted our bread to perfection! Will definitely be back.

“No place like home” and “No place like L’Arca di Noe” are the same. This place really feels like home! The hostess, Gilda, has thought of everything, and is ready to help in any request. The room was lovely, cozy, with great views, quiet and very clean. Lajen (Laion) is located perfectly near Ortisei so in a short drive you reach the cable cars to Alpe di Siusi and to Seceda. Thank you Gilda for your hospitality and see you in our next trip!

Super hosts. As we were travelling with a baby, they helped with whatever we needed. Breakfast was great. Great views from the balcony. Bus stop was just a short walk away.

All good with the property, nothing to complain. The buses run hourly, as they do anywhere in the mountains, which makes this location more ideal for anyone with a car. As we did not have one, we had to make sure to stay in sync with the bus timings.

The kindness and the welcoming of the hosts 🙂 The breakfast is incredible with homemade jams (lemon one is a must!! 🙂). Bed is confortable and the view from the apartment is amazing.

We loved the amazing Mountain View right from the room, and the breakfast every morning with many options! 14 different homemade jams, yogurt, meat and cheese, cereal, pastries, coffee and tea. I also really appreciated how the hosts were very accommodating with gluten free food! Could not recommend this place more.

Beautiful house in a beautiful village. Very friendly and welcome Host Simple but Very good breakfast with homemade jams. Great mountain view from the balcony. Skibus almost at the house 15 min by car to the Val Gardena Highly recommended this place.

A beautiful traditional hotel with spectacular views. a fantastic host who was friendly and very helpful. Room was a good size and very comfortable would recommend this place.

It would’ve been nice to have the bathroom in the same room, but we had a private bathroom anyway, so it wasn’t a big problem.

The lady was such a nice and lovely person, and the breakfast was very nice too. She provides her very own house made jamms which are amazingly good, and when requested she also provides eggs and such. She is just a very welcoming person in general.

Really not much to complain about. If I really had to say something negative, I would say that the street itself is very narrow, so it takes some skill to navigate a larger SUV to the property, but it's not that bad either.

The host is the sweetest woman ever. Felt like going home. Our room had a balcony and had an amazing view of Seiser Alm. Room was very clean and confortable. The external bathroom is just a few meters away in the hall so don't be put-off by that - its not an outhouse or something. Very clean and good water pressure. Breakfast was in the hosts quarters, which is adorned with life pictures and other interesting decor. Very brief but nice stay.

FYI there isn't really a lobby. Approach the apartment, the door you want is on the left with a buzzer and a sign with phone numbers to call if you need service. The door on the right is the host's apartment. No need to wander up and down the elevator if youre coming from the surface level.

We stayed 3 days. The room has a balcony with table, chairs and beautiful views of the mountains. The landlady Gilda is very kind and makes delicious jams. There is parking in front of the B&B. Thank you very much for everything!
