This hotel was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights in December and it totally exceeded expectations. The restaurant was top notch, we had all our meals here during our 3 night stay and it was all delicious. Large breakfast buffet, excellent lunch buffet, multi-course dinner, just the best! All the staff were helpful and genuine. What really made this hotel outstanding were the pool and spa facilities. It was all very modern and stylish, even in December the rooftop pool is open and heated which was my favorite place to spend the afternoons. Multiple saunas and other spa facilities, it was all clean and never felt crowded. Kastelruth is such a perfect little village, this was my third time staying there but my first time at this hotel. I would love to return and stay for longer next time.

This hotel was WAY more than I expected! It was amazing! Very romantic and beautiful. I wish we would have had more time to spend here! The rooftop pool was heated and beautiful! I could go on and on about this place! The room had lights all around that changed colors and "mood" music that played when you turned on the lights upon entering. There was also a beautiful fireplace!

The parking garage had steep declines/inclines that made us worry our car would get scratched. No overnight/early morning reception staff working so when we left at 4:30 AM we just had to leave our keys and hope someone would properly check us out. The dinner buffet didn't look appetizing so we just drove to a nearby restaurant in town.

everything was clean, the pool and food were excellent. convenient location with bus stop right out front. the staff was kind and accommodating. The food was delicious and abundant!

It was very expensive for my family, especially since we had to pay for 2 rooms. Also I would recommend that with the lack of air conditioning that you provide ways to cool off in the rooms such as robust fans.

Extraordinary SPA facilities , cozy rooms, delicious food and nice people - everything you can expect and eventually more. An outstanding culinary experience. They make you feel special by giving all their attention to every detail. If I could choose an favorite mountain hotel Abinea Romantic would be the perfect one

I loved every minute spending there

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The location near the ski slopes, the helpful staff, and the variety of amenities like the outdoor pool and spa make it a great choice for a getaway. The free bus tickets to nearby attractions like Alpe di Siusi and Val Gardena are definitely a bonus. Strong recommendation for the hotel!

Good location & beautiful hotel with amazing rooftop pool. Activity plans were provided by the hotel which made for great opportunities to explore the nearby area. Food & drink within the hotel was lovely. Would visit again.

Sauna’s and steam rooms were for nude use only. This is something we’re not used to so we were put off using these facilities.

It was super hot the week we were there and there was no AC in the room so it was very hot, even with the balcony door open all night (and the outside temperature being cool) which made sleeping difficult. I would absolutely still recommend this hotel.

Dinner and breakfast was great! We have never slept in a round bed! An interesting room and lovely private balcony with super view.

The front driveway is a bit tough for a low-slung sports car.

The Spa is very good and full of nice tools

Sometimes the spa was not so clean, we found two times a used napkin in the Turkish bath and a piece of bitten apple close to the sofa

The staff in this hotel provided a great services. From the ladies in the reception desk, the restaurants staff to the cleaning ladies are all friendly, patient and like to help. The hotel provided dinner package for 40 Euro per person and it is good deal. But the dinner time is kind of late for me so that I only ate there once during my four nights stay. The SPA is good even I did not use them all.

The hotel is by a key road of the area. The pros is easier for transportation and the cons is that the traffic noisy in the night. Close the window and slide door to the balcony would help but I was still bothered. The worst is that it was unseasonal warm weather during my stays, it was really not comfortable with window closed and no A/C. Make my stay worst was my next door's guests smoke in the balcony, I am energetic to smoke, not only that I was not able to enjoy the luxury of the balcony but also I need to close the door/window in an abnormal warm weather.
