We traveled with a baby and a 4 year old kid. The hotel facilities were great for this age- we gotbaby chair and bassinet, the playground was amazing, the pool was warm enough and good for our kids to finish the day. Some basic things in the hotel were a real problem with the kids- first there is almost no Window shading. There was light in the room until 9pm, hard to get a little baby to bed. Second it was really hot, there is no air-conditioning (and er knew it), but in the main bedroom the only window was to the inner part of the hotel - loud sometimes and we weren't able to get really fresh air because we could open the window (otherwise people can stare into our room ...).. plus, the equipment in the kitchen was lack in simple things - dish saop, salt.... We used to more from other accommodations.

This place has everything! The apartments are really child-friendly and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The spa and pool is a huge bonus and the location is brilliant for exploring the area, with a short 5 minute walk to the town center.

The apartment aircon wasn't very effective, so it was a bit uncomfortable at night. It would have been great if the sauna/steam area opened earlier in the day so families with younger children could make the most of nap times!

Helpful and kind staff, size of apartment, location close to the center of the village, playground, swimming pool. Everything was great.

Only a small remark: there was no AC in the room, so because it was very hot, we had to keep our windows open at night. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but there was a barn with cows nearby, so you could smell the cow dung in the room. However, that’s part of the charm of the countryside. Nevertheless, AC could solve this issue.

Excellent apartment Hotel! Very central location yet quiet, bus station and village center is just a 2 min. walk. Pizzeria, supermarket, bakery are all within 2-3 min walk. The hotel itself is very clean, rooms are spacious and swimming pool and wellness area is perfect to finish the day after beautiful hikes in Dolomite.

- Entrance to apartment from main courtyard and bathroom window opens to the same. - No cooling, apartment got very warm in summer and only solution offered was to open windows - to the powerful and pungent odour of fertiliser (manure) used extensively in the area. - Car park spaces are impossibly narrow in many cases and hard to navigate.

Wonderful hotel for the family! Super clean and perfectly equipped apartment. We had everything we needed for quick dinners and breakfast. The hotel is close to town, close to groceries, close to a chairlift. The pool and the playground were perfect for our kids.

What really stood out is that this is really a family friendly environment, that still provides great opportunity to relax. Typically you have to choose between the one or the other. Not here. Rarely I came to a place and felt so comfortable right from the spot.

Playground was awesome, rooms were family friendly and well appointed. You can tell there is someone behind the hotel that cares. From the easy parking and access to free lift up mountain and free bus passes. Wonderful feeling of a home with details.

The indoor pool feels like it needs airflow as the chemical and muggy air was uncomfortable

I loved everything about this place! The hotel and grounds were very clean and well-kept, as well as all the facilities (pool, sauna, fitness center, etc.). The pool and sauna areas were a larger than expected and didn't feel crowded, even at the busiest parts of the day/evening. The pool and game room kept the kids entertained, and there was a very nice play area in the garden (though more for younger kids). The lounge and patio areas offer comfortable space to enjoy an afternoon drink or an evening with friends/family. Our apartment was well-appointed (kitchen fully equipped, etc) and the perfect size for our family of four (including 15- and 11-year-old sons). The location is simply perfect, with gorgeous views, loads of hiking options directly from town, and excellent connection to other towns by bus. And lastly, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

absolutely stunning location. super pool which the kids loved, and wellness area for the grown ups. apartment size was great, with a separate small bedroom for the kids. recommend getting a room with a balcony / Mountain View. We ordered pizza delivery to the bar area, which is a great relaxing option if you don’t feel like cooking. As is the breakfast basket delivery, if you haven’t had time to make it to the supermarket. Easy bus ride to the seiser alm gondola (or 5 min by car). the whole family was very happy there, and such an awesome part of the world to explore.
