This property is as charming as can be. It had exactly the style that you would expect in this part of the world. Very Scandinavian. Lots of blond wood, etc. the room was huge, with a chair and a built -in booth type of arrangement, which was very convenient for me to use when on the computer. A real plus is the walk-in closet, which I have never seen in a hotel room. Very comfortable and unbelievably clean. The breakfast was likewise more than adequate.

We were there in the middle of July, and while the nights got cool, you have to put down the metal shades if you want to block out the light, so the room got stuffy and too warm. While I understand the lack of air conditioning in this climate, a fan would be useful for making for good sleeping.

The hotel has a local vibe, and it feels like a family-run place. Our room is on the second floor with a nice view of the mountains. Everything is comfortable and meets good standards. Since it's my first time in Italy, I can't compare it to other places, but overall, I like it here. It feels like everyone already knows each other. I haven't had a chance to use the jacuzzi yet, though.

I don't think we have a kettle in our room, but we don't really need one. Also, disposable sandals for the room aren't provided. The breakfast options can be improved as well.

Great location, easy walk to restaurants, market, Bus stop and historic center. Rooms are large and well appointed. Very comfy beds and awesome shower. It’s mostly quiet. Excellent breakfast and sauna/sundeck facilities.

Hotel is VERY smoker friendly and there is a bar on the ground floor with patrons constant smoking which fills up the lobby and breakfast area with cigarette smoke, all day long. Luckily, no room next to us used their outdoor balcony to smoke, so we were able to keep our sliding glass door open and have fresh air.

Sauna, jacuzzi, daily cleaning and clean towels. Nice city, not too busy. Feels safe and friendly.

Service was ok, some of the hosts spoke english others only german and italian. Some looked a bit serius, could be a bit more friendly and saying hi when passing by.

Lovely place about a 7 min walk from town. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generous size. The breakfast was served promptly and our dog was accommodated in the side room. Rooftop view was beautiful.

The rooftop jacuzzi needed some maintenance and cleaning as well as some of the sun chairs. However, the view was beautiful.

Great location. Lovely rooms. Enjoyed the balcony. We looked forward to breakfast, which included an interesting assortment of pastries, meats, cheeeses, and good coffee. Great restaurants in town. We attended a dumpling festival during our stay in Castelrotto, which was a fun bonus.

The breakfast was really good and great options. The owners were always there and very helpful. There was a real community vibe going on in the evening in the bar with locals and tourists joining in playing card games. Highly recommend a sauna and steam anfter a spin on the slopes.

Clean cut rooms and comfortable rooms, traditional architecture, a very good breakfast, value for money.

We visited late September, there was no heating in the rooms. Of course it was not very cold, but it would be better if we could have some heating, even for a couple of hours.

Large room (24) with large bed, sofa, chairs, table with bench seating, great en-suite. Fantastic buffet breakfast.

Unfortunately something they cannot change - the distance from village square, bus station, shops and restaurants. But this was reflected by the good price.
