Stayed here for 3 nights and it was such a great stay! The receptionists were all very friendly and super helpful explaining everything, like how and where to use the BrixenCard. Very easy check-in. And they happily held my medicine bag in their refrigerator for the duration of my stay. The location was amazing. Literally in front of the train station, as in it takes 1 minute to enter the hotel. And the bus station was even closer to the front door. So you could travel about the area without needing to rush to catch a bus. And even though it was close to public transport stations, it still had a quaint, quiet, and warm atmosphere. It also has a nice, quiet garden out back with a pool. My room was a good size, had a good amount of light, and faced east toward Mt Plose, so great views, especially at sunrise. There was a large desk to work off of, and a carafe of water that was replenished daily. There was a large sturdy luggage table to place my suitcase on. And the bed and pillow were super comfortable. The window was key to getting fresh cool air, but it didn’t get unbearably hot inside otherwise. And even with the window open, there was barely any noise, aside from quaint chirping birds. No real noises coming from the hallway or other rooms either. The WiFi connection from my room was pretty decent, too. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was large enough to move about freely. The provided shampoo/shower gel and hand soap had a nice neutral smell and were in eco-friendly large refillable bottles. Good water pressure, too. The only quirky thing was that the bath towels were quite thin. That said, they still did a good job drying me off, and I think the thinness helped them dry quicker so I never had to use a damp towel. So not really any negative attributes.

The location of this hotel is excellent for Brixen's railway station and the adjacent bus stops. The choice of bread at breakfast was excellent. The manager Vera and her staff were all very friendly and obliging. We were provided a fan and a small refrigerator for our bedroom. We would stay there again, as we love the South Tyrol.

The juices at breakfast seemed to have been diluted. Only side plates (not bowls) were available for eating cereal. Boiled eggs and toast were the only warm food at breakfast. There was no air-conditioning in the bedroom for warm nights.

Huge room with a big bed, large desk and separated seating area. Fantastic breakfast including homemade bread, fresh croissants, fruit, etc etc in a lovely dining room. Very friendly front desk available all day. Safe bike storage. Very nice pool with comfortable water temperature. Nice garden with lounge chairs very easy walking distance to historic center.

Directly next to the bus depot so our view wasn't great. Earplugs overnight. A small table in the sitting area would have made the two chairs more useful.

The welcome was warm and the staff were extremely polite, always speaking to me in German or Italian (which I wanted), whilst at the outset they also offered English if I wanted it. The breakfast was lovely and the garden and pool were particularly attractive. The bar was nice and the staff ultra polite and friendly.

The bed was not very comfortable. I also didn't like the fact that the machine which cleaned the swimming pool was left in the pool for a very long time in the early morning. It was still possible to use the pool (which I appreciated very much) but it was a little awkward.

I was a little nervous booking a hotel so close to the train station but it was great. It was clean, the staff was so nice and helpful, the breakfast was huge and yummy. The bar was pleasant. And it was so convenient to the station and the buses. And there is a grocery and a pharmacy down the block. Also receive the Brixen card with free bus rides, free cable car ride to Plose and several other things I wasn’t able to use.

Excellent location, newly renovated old hotel with garden and swimming pool, very clean, courteous reception, luggage leaving facility, Brixen pass added in the price which covers all transports in South tyrol region for the length of stay, excellent breakfast, not so much cold meat options but still great.

The bathroom had a bad smell, the floor of the bathroom is a little higher than room which is difficult to notice and someone can trip over. No door in the shower area, so the floor gets wet a little. The quality of the towels was poor. The wash basin was small, water spills outside when washing face.

The hotel is a nice, old-style hotel right opposite the train station. The room and bathroom were nice, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. No minibar but bottled water in the room, and a fridge for own beverages.

I probably could have checked, but I thought the hotel was right in the center; it is in fact a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Also, reception closes at 8pm and then there‘s no staff in the hotel (but staff was very forthcoming when we told them we would arrive after 8, and deposited the keys and gave us a phone number). In the room, a painting or similar on the wall would not be a bad idea but maybe that was just because renovation was recently. Also, a glass in the bathroom for toothbrushing is always appreciated. No honey at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel has very helpful and friendly staff, plus a great breakfast selection. We arrived after reception closed so they arranged a key in a key safe, which was helpful. The location is great for trains and buses (both just acrossthe road). You will get a Brixen Card for the duration of your stay, which gets you free transport in the area and free/reduced entry to attractions.

Beautifully presented hotel, with thoughtful design touches throughout the public areas. Super clean comfortable modern rooms in a historic building. Great bar and shady terrace. Location is superb if you are travelling by train, and the Brixen card provided by the hotel gives unlimited travel on the excellent bus network throughout the region, and more! The staff are so helpful and friendly, and the included breakfast is delicious, featuring lots of local produce. I would return at the drop of a hat!

Breakfast was a decent spread. The bedrooms were quite small, enough for a single person but difficult to share. The Hotel is located right opposite the station, rather convenient. And it is a 15 minute walk to the town. Easy walk and safe! There is a Bar attached to the Hotel with a shady outer area.
