Breakfast and dinner were amazing, a little pricy dinner, but that is expected in a high rated hotel like this. The location is awesome, practically in the center of Brixen, we had an amazing access to the center of the city, where we found amazing architecture and satisfying day walks.

The communication with staff was somehow difficult, because not all of them speak english, but that is expected. We had a small dispute with hotel buildings, as we were told our room is in a different hotel facility as the pool, sauna, restaurant and everything is, however the building was just the same hotel, just further down the corridor. Just a small missunderstanding.

Friendly staff and wonderful meals - loved the buffet for evening meal and breakfast! The room was a good size, had a balcony and was very comfortable. Perfectly situated for the lovely town and other walks. Used car to go to slopes at Plose - good for early intermediates. Great addition was the very useful Brixen card. The latter was particularly useful as it gave the non-skier plenty to do - quite difficult to find a resort to suit both. Plose, although not extensive or linked, succeeds in offering a range of activities on the mountain other than skiing and the town and facilities are extensive.

Some language difficulties as English not so widely used which meant we didn’t fully understand the spa facilities and what was available. The original pool on the ground floor was not used much but when we tried it we found out why - it was very cold! Lovely teapots at breakfast but, as usual, no boiling water! Unfortunately, neither was there a kettle in the room so another time (and we would certainly stay here again) we will take our own.

Checkin in was pleasant, room was clean and quiet . This hotel is in an absolutely amazing location! The breakfast itself and service at breakfast were excellent . We did not use the pool etc but it looked lovely

We came back from dinner expecting to have a nightcap at the bar. The door was closed and the bar man said we could sit outside the bar in a lobby type are and he could bring us something to drink…no vibe at all would have been better off to stay in Town. We did not use the pool because there was no pool bar service.

Staff at the reception desk were efficient but could be friendlier. Breakfast was OK but could start earlier and there could be at least one more coffee machine for the large number of guests. Bedroom could have had a kettle or coffee machine. Hotel interior OK but will need upgrading or modernising soon. Price on the high side.

We booked a double room but got an upgrade to the zirbe exklusiv which was amazing! The beds are huge and very comfortable. We really appreciated the balcony. The swimming pool area is beautiful and the pools themselves nicely warm. There are plenty of long chairs inside and outside to relax with an amazing view on the city. We also had much fun in the playrooms with babyfoot and ping pong. The breakfast was excellent and there was a lot of choice. We enjoyed the proximity of the city Center that is reachable by foot and the brixen card that allowed us to take the cabins for free. The fitness room is also well equipped for example with cross training, bikes.

The bar for the evening was not so cosy. They have a nice garden but it seems that there is no service for it (but we haven’t checked to be honest)

Amazingly kind reception staff! Extra thanks to the lovely Italian girl who assisted us with the check in and was so helpful even though it was late. Also the housekeepers were so lovely, kind, and really did an amazing job all over the property. Bonus points for the amazing location, wellness facilities and breakfast variety! Will be back for sure :)

What a good price/quality ratio! This hotel offers everything you can think off: various swimming pools, a complete wellness, an equiped and comfortable library, good restaurant. Breakfast was lovely with also healthy stuff (loved the vegetable juice maker!!). Its an hour drive to the superski dolomiti area but taking into account price vs accomodation, it is all wortwhile tu us. I would definitely go there again!

The hotel is in the perfect location for walking distance into the town, with great health facilities and parking and check-in were a breeze. The breakfast selection was amazing.

Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable, and really needs two pillows each. We had hoped to sneak a bit of breakfast a little early as we had been told we could, but could only get breakfast from 7, delaying our departure.

Our family has been returning to this place a few times. The location is exceptional, right next to the little town center and the Christmas markets. The amenities, the food, the staff and the whole place, in general, are just perfect to relax and treat yourself to a cozy winter escape. We will certainly be back again!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning great as weather was so hot . Room very quiet and black out curtains made it more comfortable to sleep in. Food was excellent.

As I was on my own I was sat on a table with a German family of three. They were very nice people but I did feel a bit embarrassed because I do not speak German and they did not speak English. I would have preferred a single table as I felt I was intruding on their space.. That was only a minor thing though.
