Right in beautiful old town, walk to everything, shopping and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen.

Staff was not very responsive. Parking was difficult due to property in a pedestrian only area and parking was 7 min walk away. Park card was not cleared properly and did not work for us until a kind stranger helped us. Fans in room and sharper knifes would be helpful. Can be noisy if loud people at night in the street.

Location in the very centre of the town, but it's possible to enter the pedestrian area by car thanks to the permit, provided by the hotel. Parking is in the 5 minutes walking distance, you use the card, attached to the room key, to open the gate and park for free. Very clean rooms, kitchen with coffee maker and several cartridges. Personnel with fluent English. Plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is right in the city center -it’s perfect for a night’s walk or an early morning photo explorations, but it can get a bit noisy in the morning with delivery trucks passing by. The check-in was fast and easy, the parking is available a bit further away but in the walking distance. We had a complimentary passes for public swimming pool and transportation . The Brixen is a very pleasant city, great food, restaurants and friendly people.

Loved this place. The location was perfect and the staff super helpful. We were late and missed our check in yet they were still accommodating, very rare these days. They even allowed us to ship our hiking gear to the hotel in advance. Really, 11/10

- Perfect location in the heart of the historic center - Restaurants, bars, shopping very nearby - Clean, comfortable, large room - Lift (except for a half-flight of stairs at the entrance) - Moritz was an excellent host, provided lots of information about local sights and ski areas - Free parking in a nearby lot

- Hard to darken the room completely, not all windows had solid shades - Front desk is not staffed regularly, though host is generally available by phone

Beautiful location in the city centre. The owner was very helpful, much more so than the info center in Brixen. The Brixen card was great as well, we visited a couple of nice museums thanks to it. There are lots of shops with local production.

It's a pity that the construction works are still going, but fortunately they started at 7 by which time we were already up. :) More details regarding the arrival by car up front (hotel is in a pedestrian restricted zone) would be appreciated and navigation refuses to go there. For some reason it seems that no city in Südtirol recycles plastics, at least the PET bottles would be cool.

Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, very clean a nice apartment. I liked the location for the walk in the nice city center.

But there is also negative in location - you are on pedestrian path so there were street lights the whole night. Not so good for sleeping. Also we had to go by car to the hotel by pedestrian path and we felt like we can be fined by police- luckily we weren´t.

Location is perfect right at the center of town - apartment is functional and clean-

Finding and driving to parking - parking facility once you know where it is it’s actually very nice - you need to drive through walking section of town - best way to come in from south side of the old town NOT through Via Roma which can be super busy with people.

Super nice and clean apartment, wonderful staff. The brixen card and access to the pool were an added bonus!

Finding parking was confusing! They had nice maps and tried to explain to us but we still had trouble.
